"An excellent stay for a group of 6 adults and one small dog. The property was very clean, well equipped and the owner was very responsive. The backyard patio was lovely and if the weather had been better we would have spent more time there. The location is great - quiet but close to everything. They even left a welcome gift! It was perfect!"

Beautiful beach location with enough space for fun, common areas and comfortable, private space for everyone including private baths.The hot-tub photo on the website should be deleted as that does not exist and a few details need attention such as waste baskets in bathrooms and bedrooms, kitchen towels, etc but overall well stocked and functional. Would recommend and hope to visit again if we need space for a large...

"Beautiful beach house nestled in the dune grasses. Located on the border of OOB and Ocean Park, it was perfect for us with over 150 years of history up there.The beach was right outside our door and the rooftop deck was a favorite perch for all to watch the tides. Especially loved the kitchen being so well appointed that I could cook!Front row seat for the best 7 miles of beach on the eatern seaboard!"

There wa plenty of seating for meals. The stairs to the lake are well-maintained an has benches at every landing should you need to rest. The boats, paddles, and PFDs were in good condition.
