"This is probably the cleanest, most beautiful hotel for the money we’ve ever stayed in. The nightly rate was comparable to the other hotel rooms in town, but here you get a huge spacious apartment! All new, chic, and very comfortable. Easy to walk to Wharf St. and the dining and shopping area too! The manager was very responsive, friendly and accommodating as well! This place is a gem!"

"In one word AMAZING! We rented this property to gather our immediate family, adult children and grandchildren. We had a tragedy in our family as my oldest son was killed, this made our once close family, split apart. This property was so beautiful and such a happy place to be that my prayers were answered my family began the healing process. The location and the views one could not be unhappy. Thank you Jason for helping to make the stay amazing!"

"Perfect location if you want to be close to restaurants and the amusement park. Nice view of the ocean from the side balcony. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. The indoor pool was a big hit with the little ones. Bonus points for all the beach towels that were supplied and the welcome gift. "This was the perfect place for an anniversary trip. The weather was great for swimming, kayaking, and hiking nearby trails. We enjoyed the rope swing on one of the mini islands in the pond. The cabin itself was clean and cozy. It got a little chilly at night, but the loft stayed relatively warm and there were space heaters on the lower level. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Maine!"

"Great location and property. It's a 2 minute walk to the sand. Matt was a great host and everything was clean and well kept. Our only feedback is that the beds and sheets/comforters were not the greatest. We would still stay again, but the beds and bedding need to be improved and I suggest queen size mattresses vs full-size in the 2 larger bedrooms. "
