Loved the place Me and my family enjoyed it might’ve utilized it more if it wasn’t for the rain but we still were able to enjoy the outside porch with the rain, i will be booking again, host had some good homemade cookies for us upon arrival too

The property is very nice; large with tons of space for both indoor (games, pool) and outdoor (sports).One great feature is that the cabin is located within 15-25 minutes of all the major attractions and restaurants in the area.Hosts were great communicators and very friendly.We will happily stay here again!

Top notch communication. The cabin exceeded my high expectations. The cabin is spacious and well-stocked with supplies. It comfortably slept 12 guests. We are strongly considering booking this cabin on our next family vacation.

The cabin was amazing. Plenty of room, and the kitchen was well stocked. The fire pit and the grill, and the outdoor patio were great. The stocked pond was where we spent a ton of time! We loved catching the bluegill and the bass! The homemade cookies and muffins were a pleasant surprise and tasted delicious! The owners are top notch hosts!

Very nice, our family had a great time. We especially enjoyed fishing and peddle boating. Hanging around the fire seeing all the stars in the sky was an added bonus. The house had everything we needed, we plan to make this a yearly trip.

I had rented the cabin for an early Xmas present for my adult children and grandbabies. We absolutely loved the property and all the amenities. We got some great family time together and made some wonderful memories. Cabin was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. The kids loved the pond to fish and grandkids loved the paddle boat. We loved the fire pit and loved making s'more's & cooking out on the patio. Basement was an awesome hang out and kids loved playing pool! My daughter had brought her dog and she absolutely loved running around the property with the grandkids. This cabin was larger and more room than we could have imagined. Absolutely had the best time

Our host was very responsive to questions and requests that we made. As for the fishing, I can’t say that I caught a lot of bass, but I did catch one that was 3 pounds, 18 inches using a spinner bait. The home was very comfortable for all of us. We would gladly return for another stay at this great property.

Beautiful cabin near Mohican

This large cabin has plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and be comfortable! The living room is so cozy and the kitchen is well appointed. Everyone in our group enjoyed the pond, from fishing, to canoeing and paddle boating. The basement is a nice spot to hang out. It’s a close drive to Mohican State Park and downtown Loudenville. We had a great time!

Relaxing private cabin

The cabin is extremely private. With tree cover no Nahbor houses can be seen . It feels like you are on the wild frontier but just minutes from town . The landscape is nicely kept . The pond has plenty of blue gill and bass to watch swim. Canadian geese and ducks land in it with the sun rise . The deck faces east and sun rise is a major bonus to property. Martin nests nearby make mosquito population almost non existent. Rabbits , humming birds and wild life all share the joy of the property with you and are fun to watch. Stove is commercial grade for entertaining guests. All beds in cabin are decent quality mattress . Basement is a nice cool hangout area with pool table , tv and couches . Patio with fireplace is very cozy and functional space . Can’t wait to come back .

Beautiful Scenic Cabin with Family Friendly Fun!

The Cabin is spacious and well stocked, as is the pond! Bonfires and s’mores, bass and sunfish, pool table and games, the fun never ends! With the ability to bring our dogs, it opens up a chance for everyone to come visit! The owner and his family are wonderful to work with and even offer goodies, which are delicious and well priced!

A Quiet Piece Of Heaven

The seclusion of this location was what sold us.This was the perfect place to get away for our family. The weather did not cooperate for us to enjoy the fish however that didn’t stop the kids from bundling up and hanging out on the paddle boat for hours. We lost track of time sitting on the porch just laughing and talking. The fire pit area was so nice. There was no shortage of blankets to wrap up in. Our only “issue” when traveling with our parents was the fact there was no bathroom on the top floor, however we all got in our exercise. The cabin was stocked with everything our kids needed to play with! Great memories were made which made for a great trip.

Peaceful 2 nights

We had a great stay, the property was beautitul and the house was cozy. Tried checking in early but was never really given a straight answer. 4pm check in is quite late in my opinion. We caught bass in the pond andnenjoyed some fresh air, Mohican State Forest was nearby and Loudonville was fun to explore. Overall, the house was way too big for our family of five but we would definitely come back with more family this summer. Thanks for the quick trip!
