"Staff at check in were extremely friendly. Our three bedroom renovated room was very clean, exactly as the photos, we were very pleased. The indoor heated pool and the squash courts were a bonus that we really enjoyed. The games room for the kids was disappointing that everything besides the table tennis was coming operated, she should be free access for paying guests. In saying this we would still highly recommend and stay again."

"Enjoyed the clean room , music playing and heater working when I arrived, very welcoming ! Everything well taught off ! The only downside was getting drenched when trying to bring my luggage to room by luggage trolley! Also kitchenette had only microwave, no cooking gadgets, which was ok for me but might be an issue for others. The staff very helpful and accommodating, The restaurant on site was amazing too. All in all , absolutely enjoyed my stay !"

"Try to get there before 3pm so at least u get some form of orientation and any necessary changes to the room if need be. We checked in after 3pm so we were kinda helpless. The floor to the room was sandy, a towel was stained, there were no instructions to wifi or just simple orientation card was missing. "Was beautiful I'd always wanted to stay here probably even 15yrs ago it was beautiful clean roomy tidy perfect location I hope I get the chance again one day I didn't however get my free bottle of wine with my stay I also love their was salt sugar etc if I'd add anything I'd have a little thing of oil and some morning fresh dish soap"

"It's a family friendly resort; we booked 2 bedrooms for 2 days stay in Busselton. Beds are comfy, room is clean, check in staff was friendly and easy to check in. Rooms are nice. It was perfect for big family. I would recommend to book resort this resort."

"Excellent location, great pool and facilities. But they need management overhaul. The staff is alright, they seem overworked and lacked resourced. For such a big hotel with 150 villas spread over 20+ acres they had just 2 buggies for handling luggage. If this was a Asian resort they would have 10 buggies riding at every whims.
