This house was very nice and super spacious! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had all necessities. Living spaces were comfortable. It is an older house - bathrooms and kitchen are not modern, but work well! Communication was very easy and the hosts were easy to talk to!The basement smelled a bit musty or odd, even once we turned on the dehumidifier. And the second bedroom in the basement (with a kingsize bed and bunk beds) had no air conditioner. It was rather stuffy in there, even with extra fans brought in from other areas. The room was nice for a family with children though and they had a closet with kids toys in there! It was only an issue because we were there in the middle of the summer.

Excellent, loved everything about it!

This was a perfect house for our party of 14…plenty of space for everyone with room to spare. The house was spotless upon arrival and contained everything we needed. We especially appreciated that linens were provided as well as towels! We enjoyed the close proximity to the nearby waterfalls. I would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful house with easy access to things

My family could not stop talking about how much they loved this house. It’s beautiful and the beds are comfy! Lots of space for people to sleep and they even had a little toy room to keep my toddler occupied. Easy access to pool, playground, Bushkill falls, and more. Loved having the pool and foosball table too. This is great for a family vacation where you don’t want to plan a whole lot and want to please various people of different ages.

Stayed here for my mom’s 80th birthday. Beautiful house with plenty of room for everyone and everything. House was very clean. Lots of heaters and fans for everyone. We will definitely be back.

Perfection in a home

My friends and I had the most incredible time here. House is perfect for a large group, spacious clean, open and fun. The kitchen allowed us space to cook and be social, while the living room accommodated all of us with comfort and community. Communication with the property manager was easy and the owner Ansari was extremely generous with us. Thank you again for this amazing place to stay.

Up dating

Definitely needs some updating! The bedroom with the curtain way too small and no privacy. Couldn’t even get changed in there. Carpet needs to be replaced should be tile or hardwood for sanitary reasons. Blinds should just be taken down and flowers just dust everywhere. Other than that it was a great location and felt safe being gated.

Overall good except some bugs

Nice location and community. Due to the location the property is in, some bugs here and there. We adults were okay with it but our kids didn't like it. Also, 2 showers had low water pressure and drainage problem. Other than that, property owner was available in case of questions and overall, good experience.

Roomy and peaceful - July 2022

Great experience! Plenty of parking for our five vehicles and plenty of room for all 14 of us. Back deck is terrific - roomy, secluded, and peaceful with plenty of seating. Basement and sunroom are separate enough so that adults can have a conversation upstairs while the teens play downstairs. Close to lake and hiking, with several pools to choose from within the community. Only downside, the community did not offer guest passes, so we had to take turns going to the pool. Very clean. The house is somewhat dated, but beds are comfortable and kitchen is stocked with tons of kitchenware. You will want to bring beach towels for the pool and washcloths (not provided.) Community workers were super friendly!

Hi Sudeep and Ansari, please provide the deposit back. It’s been a week and didn’t yet receive.

Property is good but this is the only property, I have encountered so far that needs a lot of follow up for the deposit amount and no response from the owners. That is the reason for lesser stars. For my past other properties experience, I used to get it quickly. Sudeep and Ansari, request you to please proceed with deposit amount return.

Family Celebration

Since our family of 8 live in 3 different states, we have started meeting once a year in various places in the US. Of course COVID 19 canceled our plans last year. Since none of us have ever been to the Poconos, we choose that for our location this year. We have used Vrbo for several years to find a house that fits our needs and they had what we wanted this year. The property at Saw Creek had lots of inside space for everyone. There are bedrooms on all 3 levels and plenty of bathrooms (4) so that no one had to wait to find one to use. I thought that the roomy deck would be the favorite gathering spot, but we spent a lot of time in the well equipped kitchen which is intergrated with the family room. At the end of a day of hiking and sightseeing, we were always happy to return to the property to eat and rest. The location of Saw Creek gave us easy traveling to various sites. However, when arriving in Bushkill we did have difficulty locating Saw Creek. Once we got to Saw Creek, the property was easy to find. The directions to Saw Creek were not very clear to us, but we were able to call the caretaker and get directions. The only other recommendation we have would be to provide bathmats. This was the only rental house we have had that did not provide mats. I am sure that winter visitors would really appreciate them even more than summer guests.

Very Comfortable Vacation Home

Our family does a vacation together every summer and there are 14 of us. This house was fully equipped and had plenty of space for everyone to relax. The children were especially happy that they could all sleep in the same room. I found that the bedrooms were not what I expected from the pictures in the ad. Everything was a little bit dated, but the consensus was that we would consider returning. Contact with the owners was pleasant and timely. The 22 page booklet about the development was intimidating, but really was just fine. However, be aware that you are only allowed 6 courtesy passes for the pools each day. The price of this rental was definitely a fair one.
