"Life has been confusing and chaotic for me lately. Work, personal, and family.... I needed to get away for a weekend and this house was exactly what I needed. The location is absolutely beautiful, and quiet. The river, listening to it, watching it and going in it was just the reset I wanted. Close to restaurants, stores, etc. The house was clean. "A little slice of heaven, next door to the Promised Land. We were in the area to visit Pa. State Parks and stayed here two nights. My wife found Rex Hotel online and she really relies on the reviews of past guests. With this receiving so many positive ratings we went for it. "This cabin is everything the pictures show and more. We came up for a mountain getaway for our anniversary and this place completely surpassed our expectations. "We have stayed in this neighborhood before and it is a sought after area. It is close to the cove where people hang on boats on weekends. "We enjoyed our time here. House was clean and was exactly as described in the listing. We used the boat dock for our boat over the weekend. The one thing that I wish we would have known is just how heavily trafficked this part of the lake is. The many boats go very fast and causing giant wakes last the docks which made it a little unsafe for our young kids at a few times. This is not controlled by the homeowner and was likely a product of a warm weather weekend. "
