The house is amazing. It was very clean. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a wide variety of dishes. We really liked the jacuzzi. There were 4 adults, 1 child, and 7 teenagers, and there was enough space for all of us to enjoy our vacation. The nature around the house is very beautiful. I will definitely recommend your house to my friends. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Extended Family Trip

The property was perfect for our extended family trip. Plenty to space for everyone to spread out or gather together. Pool was great and my parents enjoyed the hot tub.

Great house, not a great location

This house is beautiful, clean, and has tons of amenities as described. The host was good at communication and very responsive. The only negative to this place was how far away from everything it is. It sits back about 12 miles back some very narrow, windy roads and takes some time to get anywhere.

Wonderful stay

Pros: This house was large, we went as a party of 10 and had plenty of space. There were 3 sitting rooms with TVs and an additional without that overlooked the lake, so there were plenty of spaces to spread out when the weather forced us in. The kitchen has plenty of storage space and worked well for preparing meals for a large group.The hot tub was large, fitting 2 adults, 3 teens, and 3 kids fine. It was also in a covered area along with a gas fireplace, so those things could be used in rainy weather. Cones: by no means anything that impacted our stay or would keep me from staying again. The house has some wear and tear, especially the walls in the basement are pretty rough looking. 1 chair handle was very wiggly, and one of the hinges on the toilet was broken. Several small wear and tear things but nothing major.Of note: we have T-Mobile and had absolutely no service at the house. That was fine because there was good WiFi which we had access to, however, power went out one night due to weather (not for long) and if needed I would not have been able to contact the host or use my phone for any reason. That was slightly concerning in the severe weather warnings. The only way to enter the house is up a flight of stairs outside. Overall, our stay was good, and I would stay at this property or work with these hosts again.

Girls scrapbook trip

Property spacious grill needs a grill brush and a new drip pan.Definitely need more blankets.Hot tub area amazing with firepit.Over all place was amazing and host was awesome.Will be staying again next year.

Great for family getway

The home was very spacious, our group of 9 had more than enough private and communal areas that we were always comfortable. The hot tub and fire pit on the screened porch were a hit. Would stay again!

Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our family! We had 7 adults and 4 children staying for a week. The house had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy time together as well as time apart. The kitchen was well stocked and house was very clean. We would definitely come back! Our only complaint was lack of baby gates. We brought some of ours from home but they weren’t wide enough to cover the stairs going upstairs so we were constantly getting our 21 month old son off of the stairs.

Birthday celebration weekend

The property that we rented "Lakeside Paradise" was everything that we needed to accommodate our 11 adults to celebrate a birthday and gather with family and friends. The property was as described and included all of the kitchen utensils that we needed. This was by far the best stocked kitchen of any property we have ever rented. There were plenty of beds to accommodate everyone and having 3 full bathrooms and a half bath was a plus with 11 people. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful large Home

This home was excellent. Lots of space and the BEST supplied kitchen we've had in the 23/24 years we've come to the resort. We had a dryer vent issue and it was fixed within the hour!!

Wonderful property in Lake are

We had a family of 11 celebrate a 16th birthday. The location was great. The house was perfect for all of us. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. Plenty of bedding and comfortable sleeping arrangements. And the grill made for a great night of barbecuing. The only issue we had was the cleanliness of some areas. We found dirty dishes in cabinets and floors left our feet black. We had no gas tank in fire pit but the property manager addressed that quickly with a new tank. Overall a great time and would rent again.

Nice house but no access to the lake.

This is a very spacious house, the kitchen was great. There is an in ground pool close. The house is on the lake but no access and very little views. No cell signal there and internet is spotty at times. This house is pretty close to Cumberland falls and natural arch. I wish they would clear a path to the lake and maybe add a dock or even just a rocky area the kids could play or fish.

Beautiful home

I rated it highly and the home was beautiful. The area is quiet and the home was very clean. BUT the hot tub was not clean and smelled of mold.and looked dirty around the edges You could not stay in it for the smell, a couple of the Jet covers came off and were in the bottom of tub. You could not smell any sanitizing chemicals at all. Also We request a replacement tank for the fire pit and was told one would be brought to us as we didn’t have a clue how to get into The pit but no one brought one so we only got to enjoy the fire pit for 15 minutes the first night of our stay then it ran out of propane So we were unable to enjoy that either. We were out for the day and couldn’t call after we got in because they were no longer in the office when we discovered it was still empty. We did figure out how to get it open thinking maybe it was not turned on but the tank was clearly empty. We paid a fee for a clean hot tub that you couldn’t stay in because of being dirty and smelling of mold and mildew And We Couldn’t enjoy the fire pit. The home was beautiful and clean and we loved that part of our stay but we feel that we paid to take advantage of a hot tub and fire pit but we’re unable to enjoy either one. That part of our stay was really a big disappointment.

Our family stayed in this lovely home for a few days and we were very happy with the cleanliness, location and house itself. Large beautiful windows overlooking the woods and lake. Highly recommend!

Lake Cumberland Resort

This was a great property with a lot of amenities that truly felt like a “home away from home”. We would highly recommend this to anyone wishing to experience everything that the Lake Cumberland area has to offer.
