The four-person Dune Lodge is the ideal place for a short stay filled with peace and nature. Here, everything revolves around unwinding, being together, and enjoying the simple things in life. Light, cozy, and smartly furnished, with everything you need within reach. Outside, a comfortable seating area awaits under the canopy, perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning sun or a relaxed evening with the whole family.

The lodge is practically and tastefully furnished and ideal for a stay with children.


The lodge offers a surprising amount of comfort for four people. In the living area, there is a table with two chairs, ideal for having breakfast together, playing games, or making plans for the day.

The practical kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, kettle, cold running water, and all necessary kitchen accessories, so you can easily prepare a cup of coffee or a quick meal. The private toilet is located at the back of the lodge, and there is electric heating for extra warmth. Need to shower? You can reach the sanitary building within a few minutes and use it free of charge.
On one side of the lodge is a comfortable double bed, and on the other side a bunk bed, perfect for children or friends.


Outside, you can enjoy the covered terrace* with a garden set, a lovely spot to sit quietly together while overlooking the green surroundings. The Duinlodge is situated on a car-free field, with parking available just a few meters away, so you are surrounded by peace and space.

* Shade cloth
A shade cloth may be hung at the accommodation. These cloths provide extra shade and comfort on sunny days, but are made of fabric and are therefore susceptible to strong winds and stormy weather. To prevent damage or tearing, the shade cloths are not hung for the entire season.
Therefore, there is no fixed date for installing or removing the shade cloths. This is determined based on weather forecasts and only occurs when an extended period of stable and good weather is expected. To treat all accommodations equally, the shade cloths are always installed or removed at all accommodations simultaneously.
Please note: the shade cloths are not waterproof. In the event of prolonged or heavy rainfall, moisture may penetrate the fabric.

Camping Duinhoeve is located in the heart of Burgh Haamstede and is a lovely place for the whole family.


Burgh-Haamstede is situated on the diverse island of Schouwen-Duiveland and is a delightful destination for those wishing to combine nature, relaxation, and culture. In the immediate vicinity, vast dunes, green forests, and beautiful nature reserves invite you to take long walks and bike rides. The wide sandy beach is nearby and is the perfect place to unwind completely.
History and culture enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy here. Discover the impressive Haamstede Castle, admire the famous Westerlichttoren, or visit the Plompe Toren with its unique story. For an active day out, the Oosterscheldekering and Neeltje Jans amusement park are highly recommended. Round off the day in one of the atmospheric restaurants in the village, where you can enjoy Zeeland specialties and fresh fish. In this way, Zeeland offers a diverse environment where everyone feels at home.



Arrivals are permitted daily, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals are required during holiday periods.Payment must be made in advance.Check-in is available from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, you are required to vacate the property by 9:30 a.m. and return the key to the designated location where it was collected.If baby cots are available, please note that bed linen is not provided, so you will need to bring your own.In most cases, bed linen and towels are included. Please check your booking details to confirm if this applies.Overnight visitors must be registered in advance, and they are only permitted to stay after receiving approval. An additional charge for bed linen and tourist tax will apply.Pets may be allowed, depending on the property’s specific information. Please inquire about this option. As the pet owner, you are responsible for your dog and must ensure it does not disturb other guests or neighbors.Youth groups are not permitted.
