Very quiet, private spot on a beautiful39k acre lake. Dock and kayaks were great spots. Spent much more time enjoying the water than we would have at the beach. Comfortable, giant kitchen and dining area perfect for our group. Wet bar restaurant caliber. Rented boats and jet skis, fished. Plenty of chairs inside and out.

This was the most amazing vacation we have taken. It was one for the books for sure! There were 7 adults 1 child and 1 infant. They had everything we needed! High chairs, booster seats, pack n play! They also had a ton of toys to play with while on the lake! Kayaks, floats, life jackets, Lilly pads! The stay was extremely comfortable, clean and the hosts were absolutely amazing! This is going to be a yearly vacation that’s for sure! The hosts were extremely responsive, and answered all concerns in a timely manner. This had to be one of the best VRBO experiences I’ve had!

Great House and Host!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was great, and was able to accommodate our family and friends of all ages. Host was excellent at communicating!There are quite a few stairs to get down to the dock, so just something to keep in mind should stairs be an issue. Highly recommend this home!

Great family lake house vacation!

We can’t say enough about this property and the amazing memories we made with our family! We spent endless hours on the lake and finished our days around the huge dinner table recapping all the fun tubing stories from the day! The house was very clean and well stocked with essentials! The trek up from the lake will give you a good workout for sure but totally doable! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for helping us make the most amazing memories with our kids!

Great Family Spring Break

This was an amazing lake house! We booked it for 7 days bringing with us our kids,grandkids and other family members! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there! We enjoyed the downstairs bar area,fire pit and the spacious decks! We brought our boat and the dock area was great, it was a beautiful lake! It was an incredibly clean house which is so very important to me!! We all loved it and would definitely come back!

Lake house

The house was great, we were very comfortable. There was plenty of room for the six of us. It was fun, relaxing and had what we needed, we didn't need to go anywhere else. We loved the kayaks, fuse ball, entertainment space and proximity to the lake. We'll be back!!

Excellent, Roomy, Fully Renovated, Fully Equipped

Ultra clean (didn't even challenge my allergies!), spacious interior, great location for us, fully updated with very nice appliances, greatly appreciated the under-counter ice maker, 3 levels to spread out, loved the 2 story dock with 2 boat slips and 2 floating jet ski docks, same-cove boat ramp is very convenient, generous parking. Deb was immediately responsive and helpful. The home has everything we needed and more! Most likely will use again next year.

Family fun!!

Just completed our family vacation and we must say that the property does not disappoint. Very well maintained older house with several rooms updated to current standards. Plenty of space to accommodate a large party. The new addition screened back porch is the star of the property. We spent a lot of time in it after spending a day of fun and sun down on the dock. Kids loved the kayaks and floating pads. If i was to give a negative, it would be the 70 stairs down to the water. Grandma made the trip once but it was a good workout for the rest of us. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a lake get-away.

Fun Family Trip

We love Lake Lanier

7th time visiting the lake - have had several dif houses to stay in.. loved location and the close access to the boat ramp since we bring our boat. Circular driveway accommodated our 4 vehicles. Neighborhood equally nice and very walkable! The house is dated - could use update on bedding. Kitchen was ok - big sink but no garb. disp and wasn't installed well so didn't drain as well. Side by side fridge was a bit crowded but lower fridge helped. Lots of spices but had to buy garbage bags, paper towels, salt & pepper, pens, and plastic containers - also bought a few small bowls and left there since there were only 2. Large kitchen table was nice for our family of 7 adults and 3 kids and high chair was helpful. MANY smart tvs everywhere but confusing on all the remotes and which ones went where - need to be labeled and also some batteries dead so had to buy new ones - should have extra available. Upstairs are 2 small bedrooms and one master(?) but only 1 small bathroom with one sink. We missed not having a master bath.. Stairwell is tricky and had to use wall switch to light the way! Nice additions- Ice maker at bar, packnplay, screened in porch, lily pad, Extra baby toys & games, quick response from owner - IMPROVEMENTS - doors to decks (very difficult to open), Over 100 steep steps from dock to inside house and landscape really needs work, really don't have view of lake, could use keurig coffee maker instead of 2 of same kind, smoke smell indoor FP. Still enjoyed our stay!!

Maintenance/housekeeping/comfort issues

We rented this property primarily for the location. The property itself was a below average experience. AC was not working properly. Technician showed up during our stay and slightly improved the airflow and stated the house is not properly ducted. Refrigerator leaked during our entire stay. Dishwasher improperly secured and unlevel. Basement bathroom in disrepair. Soap either diluted or empty. Lawn had not been maintained for weeks. Adjacent properties were mowed and trimmed. Outdoor furniture in poor condition or missing. Safety issues- Boat dock conducting electrical current into the water! Sectional sofa would not stay connected. Continual smell of smoke from fireplace. Stair nightlight/safety light missing on an unusual set of stairs. Large dead pine limb suspended over stairs leading to lake. Housekeeping - Mold in two showers. Dirty baseboards throughout. Excessive dust under beds Stains on comforter and blanket.
