"Check in was SEAMLESS. Access to the home was shared to me in a timely manner. Early check in and late check out options were available and communicated as needed. The home is exactly as advertised. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, plates, bowls and cups! There was plenty of room for my entire family that was in town to celebrate my daughter's graduation. We will be returning!"

"I will definitely be using this home for my next and hopefully all trips in Georgia. The home was comfortable and spacious…there were towels out on the bed, folded neatly. The kids didn’t want to leave lol..they loved “the blue house” lol. The neighborhood was very quiet. I liked that we were able to walk around the neighborhood. "

The gardeners were scheduled for Mondays and being that it had been raining the Monday before and Tuesday my arrival day , I had messaged her pictures to let her know that they didn’t show (if she prepaid them for the service) and to my surprise the next day she had them there. The 3 beds were all comfy. i had 3 young ladies so the master bedroom was prefect for my trio with the 2 rollaways bed; i prefer...

"Cozy and a very safe neighborhood! A very clean space and nicely decorated. It was perfect for me between two places I needed to visit often in a daily basis. Carla is very friendly and a great hostess. Excellent communication skills. i had an ac problem in the suite above the garage and she was on it and had a tech fix right away.A great stay "

"Nice little tree house in the backyard of a residence. The backyard is a little messy with construction material and stuff. Bed is a loft that requires climbing a ladder to get in and out of bed (agility). Worked well for my wife and I as were gone most of the day and returned just to sleep. Decent little kitchen but no coffee maker. Overall, happy with it. "
