"Smelled very strong of cigarettes. Bathroom mouldy and and floor sticky. Didn’t want to be in there with without shoes on. Pubes/hair in bed. Vanity falling apart. Felt unsafe. Very noisy and many people all walking around inside apartment area. Signage not great. Old hotel name still on the door to entrance. Random wood covering man hole - who else could access our room? Left early and receptionist replied “sorry you felt that way”"

"The place looked nice enough on entering but we discovered the following: 1. There was no air conditioning except one bedroom on the top floor and the air con in the living area didn’t work. We discovered later that the filter had not been serviced and was full of dust. The owner refused to get a technician even after Christmas.
