Very clean and updated home with a soaring view of Mt. Princeton and surrounding area. Hot springs are just down the road so, bring your swimsuit. Again, very clean and very tidy. Kitchen was very well organized.

Beautiful weekend with friends

This location is fantastic, panoramic views of the collegiate peaks and valley and we were only 5 minutes away from the Charlotte hotsprings. The game room provided us with nonstop activities while in the property and the kitchen and grill were great—there’s an extra fridge in the garage as well!Very responsive host and very easy check-in/out instructions. A peaceful and beautiful stay, we would be happy to come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Communication with the host was easy and they were very responsive and accommodating! My kids loved the game room and hung out in there a lot. Location was great for everything we were doing in BV. The view can not be beat we really couldn't ask for more.

Amazing Views!

This was our first trip to Buena Vista- we travel to Colorado every year. We love the mountains, so this property seemed to meet our needs. Once we arrived, we were so impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail by the owners. The view can’t even be described- you MUST be there to fully appreciate the unobstructed view from the backyard. We enjoyed every second of our stay. It’s far enough to be away from everything and enjoy the stars at night, see wildlife, and gaze at the mountains from the hot tub. It’s also a short drive to everything in town. We drove to the hot springs at Mt. Princeton and to Salida as well. We highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful home and view

Beautiful home with fantastic view! Everyone in our group slept like babies on the most comfortable beds. Made breakfast and dinner each day. The open living area and large bar made it really easy for everyone to assist in meal prep. After dinner lots of time spent playing games and pool in the game room. Was looking forward to using the hot tub after our outings but it seemed to have a pump issue. Host notified and repairman sent. Unfortunately, not able to repair in time before we had to leave. Host did compensate us on the rate which was appreciated. Hope to return to Buena Vista again soon and will certainly try to book the home again.

We were celebrating friends turning 40 and 50.

The views of the mountains were stunning, and the stars were amazing at night from the hot tub! We had so much fun hanging out, biking, hot tubbing, and play pool in the rec room they created in the garage. An amazing place to stay!

Centrally located for all sorts of fun

Centrally located in the Arkansas Valley, just minutes out of Buena Vista, this home was clean and we-appointed. And the view..... PHENOMENAL! We loved how close to ATV trails, hot springs, hiking, 4-wheeling this stay was, plus a hot tub for relaxing at the end of our day.

We've stayed at many VRBO rentals. This 1 is definitely in the top 5! This home sits where you can see the beautiful mountains all around you. View is breathtaking! What an incredible experience we had and GNAR ranch. It was just far enough outside BV - very quiet and tons of breathtaking views and wildlife. Better than anything you can watch on Netflix. I highly recommend this home.

Perfect in every way!

This property is exactly as described and pictured! The hot tub view of the mountains is spectacular! The house is gorgeous top to bottom! The house was super clean. Beds were comfortable. The property is situated just on the edge of town so it's convenient to get two things but secluded enough to relax & unwind. The hosts are wonderful at communicating (although there was nothing we needed). I really wish we could have stayed the weekend & went the cute little drive-in theater down the road. Next time!!!

Gorgeous view!

This was a perfect house for our family. We had everything we needed. The host even had shampoo, conditioner, lotion and bar soap in both bathrooms; a really nice and appreciated touch! The hot tub with the view of Mount Princeton was incredible. A quick 7 minute drive to town and main Street with great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Ashley!
