"Place was in good condition, dog friendly Had an issue with the downstairs tenant needing access to the breaker box while we were on the mountain. Other than that everything was fine."

"The house was fine and has everything you need for a basic stay, particularly a short one (we stayed two nights). The access instructions were wrong so we couldn’t get in for 30 min, which was incredibly frustrating. It was ultimately fixed, but only after calling, texting, sending a message in the VRBO app, and calling VRBO. There were zero checkout instructions, I texted asking about them, but they didn’t get back to me right away so we were left scrambling to take care of everything before...

"Great communication with the host who was responsive. Glad I arrived in daylight hours as night was dark in this location and CR road signs were not obvious. Very easy walk to downtown Salida and walking, biking and hiking were super easy to access. Somehow it is both quiet/remote and near everything. "
