The access instructions were wrong so we couldn’t get in for 30 min, which was incredibly frustrating. It was ultimately fixed, but only after calling, texting, sending a message in the VRBO app, and calling VRBO. There were zero checkout instructions, I texted asking about them, but they didn’t get back to me right away so we were left scrambling to take care of everything before...
