We loved the house and location! It was very quiet and close enough to things that we were able to ride our bikes to eat or shop. The house is a nice layout and the small backyard was perfect for our small dog to have a place to run around.

Beautiful Location, Clean and Comfortable

We had a large family group attending a family reunion. The home was nicely decorated with plenty of space for us. The kitchen was well equipped, which was important since we ate all of our meals there. The beds were comfortable. The furnishings were nice. The front porch was a pleasant place to sit in the evening and enjoy a beverage.There are plenty of hiking trails a short distance away. Also, we did some fishing in the Arkansas River, which was a 5 minute walk away.I would definitely recommend this home and will plan to stay here again in the future.

Great house in the South Main neighborhood of Buena Vista

The location of this house was great, and it was very comfortable for 6 adults. Note that two bedrooms are in the basement, but they still worked well. We had some issues upon arrival, but the owner responded quickly and took care of things. Would definitely stay again!

The right house in the right location!

Great property! Perfect location on a quiet street in the back of South Main. 1 minute walk to Eddyline Brewery, coffee shop etc. It's nice to be a little removed from Main Street but close enough to either walk or hop in the car for dining. Been coming to BV for 15 years and this is a fantastic property to rent. Cool downstairs bedrooms create a nice atmosphere for some privacy. Owner is super easy to work with and the communication was superb. Highly recommend this rental.

Birthday Family Week Gathering

Loved the house and neighborhood setting. Loved walking the block to the riverwalk every morning with coffee in hand. It was peaceful and at same time energizing. Could not have asked for more!

Fabulous family vacation

Wonderful location for walking to restaurants, hiking trails and playgrounds. Family friendly activities and great views. Dog park needs some work and hopefully BV will work on it. The whole family ran in July 4th fun run. Thank you for the opportunity to make the memories

Great Labor Day Spot

If you enjoy South Main in Buena Vista, this is a great spot. Walking distance to amazing food, drinks, trails, the river, and all sorts of other entertainment and dining about a half mile away on Main Street. A very welcoming community with friendly people and create live music on The Lawn.

Loved it!

We all so enjoyed our stay for 6 nights. The location is beautiful, 5 min walk to the river and park/play area for the kids. Walkable to the Main Street also. The house was great. It fit 10 people easily. The kitchen was set up with everything we needed, as far as appliances and utensils. The grill outside came in very handy. We would be very willing to stay there again! Jeffery was responsive when we had any issues. Loved the main bedroom!

great house in a perfect location

The house was spotless, kitchen is well appointed and the property manager was immediately responsive when we couldn't light the fireplace (the remote was out of batteries and she resolved it quickly). It would have been handy to have a bathroom on the lower level with the two bedrooms but that's not the fault of the owner or property manager.

Amazing trip!

We had a fantastic trip to Beuna Vista. This house was very nice and spacious. The proximity to the Surf hotel where we were attending a wedding was so close. You can walk to a coffee shop and restaurants in no time. The river is also a short distance away. The host was easy to work with and allowed early check in which I appreciated. I would note that there is no AC in the house which wasn't a huge problem for us, but I think should be noted more clearly in the listing. We left the windows open, and that made it cool enough. I'd also suggest adding window coverings in all the bedroom windows. We were all up pretty early due to the bright sun coming through with no blinds on some of the windows. Otherwise, our trip was great and this house is a nice place in a great location.

Perfect rental

The house was equipped with everything needed for the trip and perfectly situated just less than 1 mile from downtown restaurants and shops. It was ideal for our kids, being steps away from an open park space with a climbing rock and easy access to the trails. New restaurants and shops are building up around this house-will be interesting to see the growth in this area of BV in a few years. Would definitely stay here again!
