"Overall this hotel was lovely and a wonderful location.
Positives
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a pet friendly garden suite which was ideal, the hotel food was fabulous and the spa was clean with a lovely pool, steam and sauna rooms.
We did have a leak in our bathroom coming from upstairs which wasn't fixed and also there was some noise coming from upstairs. Housekeeping only came once in three days and didn't fully clean, I did mention this on the last day but...

"Requested a bath in rooms. When arrived a there was a small shower in the room. Asked receptionist they checked no bath available in any of the rooms left. Disappointed as my husband is disabled and can't use a shower

Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and milk in the fridge were provided.
The full english breakfast was perfect too."
