"There was a bad sewage smell in the flat that seemed to come from the cupboard containing the mop. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable despite my friend bringing a mattress topper with her. It had springs sticking out. They don’t tell you before you check in that there is either a 38 non refundable deposit or a 200 hold on your account in case you break something. The flat was in a good location by the beach. New bedding needed for the main bedroom"

"Spacious,clean apartment in good location for Millennium centre, bay restaurants etc.
Host was very helpful & quick to communicate. Only one negative, a lot of stairs if you have mobility issues but I am 80 plus years and managed them well. Would definitely book again. Paid parking nearby."

"Good location but the check in was not organized. There was someone in the parking spot. They need more explanation about the permits which you must display. In the end I spoke to the concierge to sort it out. The place smelled of smoke. It was a good size and location if a little worn in places. The kitchen isn’t bad and it’s large space. It would help for check in if the keys were labelled and it came with instructions"
