"Nice little spot close to the North end of Ocean Isle beach. The unit had all the things we needed for the week and it was nice to see the little things already there (TP/Paper towels etc) for the arrival day and didn't require us to go out into the rush of everyone arriving for the day.We had some mechanical issues upon arrival and Jamie kept us informed and had a technician out the next day to work on it. Thanks again!"

"My husband and I stayed for a long weekend with our two dogs. Beautiful home with everything we needed for the stay. Very clean and great location. The dogs loved the fenced in back yard. "

"Latane was a very welcoming , friendly & helpful host. The IH is close to restaurants, 49th St beach access & neighborhood is quiet—great for walking, biking & running. For those not keen on those activities, Latane has a very nice golf cart for rent—perfect for exploring Oak Island. Would stay here again! Thank you! "

"We love the Sea Pearl. We have been coming here for several years now. The location is perfect, the condo is beautiful and Stephanie is a tremendous host. Any questions and she responds very quickly. Check in is a breeze and the kitchen has everything you would need. We also appreciate the check out being at 10am. No early rushing to leave."
