"Very clean room, great temperature already set, comfortable bed, plenty of room, nice touch with the teapot and cups and sauces for tea. Staff were very friendly, especially the lady serving breakfast, she had a huge smile on her face and really made me feel welcome. Delicious breakfast, gorgeous grounds around the hotel, ample parking space.
All in all, excellent. Will definitely stay again "

"Pretty run down. We spent a few hours there. Got at 1:30 at night. Got room with only 1 bed (4 people). They were nice and fixed the problem in 10 min.
EV charger obsolete, could not plug my Tesla. Very old Tesla charger. Other charger required some network membership. Not great. Good I had enough charge to make it to the channel tunnel. But this increased our trip next day in 45'"

"A great 4 night stay. We ate at the hotel each evening, something different each night from the great menu. Mostly chosen for the surrounding area and despite a rather dire weather forecast we were out and about most days, and the spa and pool filled in one afternoon.
Thanks to all the team for a great stay, we’ll miss the seats by the fire in the bar."

"El hotel es precioso situado en un lugar tranquilo con Spa. Las habitaciones están muy bien y la cama es súper cómoda. Lo único que no me gustó eran las almohadas. The only thing I did not like were the pillows., they were lumpy. Breakfast was excellent. We definitely recommend staying at brandshatch!!!"
