There were many broken items, which ranged from the more serious to less serious. The most serious was a tap in the bathroom that wouldn't turn off within an hour of checking in. We had to turn off the water at the mains and contacted 'made comfy', the property manager. They said that a plumber would contact us. First we were told that would happen imminently (Saturday). When that didn't happen within a couple of hours, as we were going out that night, I phoned them again. They said they couldn't get a plumber out but one would contact us in the morning (Sunday). We were there until Tuesday with no plumber making contact. We eventually figured out that the spindle on the tap wasn't engaging but if you held it in and pushed hard, it would engage the tap and turn off. But we didn't figure that out until late into our stay when no plumber after multiple days. There was also no wifi. We troubleshooted ourselves but couldn't get it working. Their only advice was to turn it off and back on again. The gate latch was only held on by one screw that was too small for the hole it was attached to, so it stuck out and made closing the gate difficult. And with the airconditioning units for ours and the unit above were directly behind the bedroom, with one rattling with an unusual vibration and going late into the evening (luckily not all night though), it wasn't very restful. Other than these things, it was a very nice place, just needed some maintenance.
