The only positive is location. The process to get the key was ridiculous. We had to get the key from a 7/11 nearby. On Google Maps it looks easy. But there are unexpected hills. And the key was not there. Someone had forgotten to leave it there. We were a party of 4. The others were sitting outside the property for hours with luggage. We missed our time to pick up the rental car. Someone in the complex was nice enough to let us into the lobby until the key was delivered. There must be a lock box system they could use. Once we were in, it was obvious the apartment had not had a good cleaning in a long time. Too many issues to list.
