- Please keep the noise level to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am for neighbours. Excessive noise could lead to an on-the-spot AUD500 fine and/or eviction from the property.

- Please note, that due to the type of security keys provided and the need to ensure future complete security of the property, in the event of a lost, mislaid or unreturned set of keys/access swipes, the cost of replacing the necessary key sets may be as high as $700.00. Please ensure all key sets are kept safe and returned at the end of your stay.

- Early check-in: Our standard check-in is at 3 pm. To guarantee early access to the property we suggest booking the night before if available. Otherwise, early check-in is subject to availability from the night before at an additional cost.
