The house looks like the photos and is clean and modern. However, we ended up spending part of our holiday dealing with issues around the house. Not all rooms have air conditioning, and the fans were not strong enough. When I mentioned this to the host, I was asked to send photos of the fans.The washing machine floods when used, and there was no BBQ at the property.We were also asked at the last minute to provide identity verification in a wired way, including selfies with cards and transaction history, which took up valuable holiday time.I’ve stayed many times across Australia, and this was the first time I had an experience like this.
