🚌By Bus: The area is heavily serviced by high-frequency bus routes. Multiple stops along Brunswick Street, Blocksidge & Ferguson, and nearby Ann Street connect you directly to the CBD, northern suburbs, and major universities.

🏃‍♂️On Foot & Bike: You can easily walk into the Brisbane CBD in about 15–20 minutes. There are also extensive dedicated bike paths and e-scooter zones connecting you down to the riverfront and across the Story Bridge.

No parties, events or gatherings. Only registered guests permitted

No commercial photography or filming, or other commercial activities

No illegal activities

Apartment must be left clean and tidy at check-out

Lost keys or remotes will incur replacement fees of upto $500

If you trigger a false fire alarm, we may be charged a high fee from the fire service - a cost which you will have to pay
