    Situated at South Bank, has direct access to Brisbane’s major entertainment precinct including the Convention & Exhibition Centre, Queensland Gallery of Modern Art, The Queensland Performing Arts Centre, the Museum & Science Centre as well as being centrally located to Southbank Parklands, West End, Suncorp Stadium and the Brisbane CBD.

    Getting Around:
    Only 3-5 minutes walking to South Brisbane Train station and Culture centre bus station.
    From airport to this place is about 25 minutes drive

    Other Things to Note:
    To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

    Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

    You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

    You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

    Linen: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

    Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay but we do not replenish, you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out.

    Airtrip is an offsite property management, should have any questions or concern please reach out to us directly via the messaging platform.

    Additional rules
    Please make a note of the following during your stay as we want all our guests to be able to enjoy the place over and over again. And again don't forget to have a fabulous stay!
    - All extra guest must leave the premises by 10 pm
    - Strictly no smoking inside the premises - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
    - No parties or events - any evidence of parties or events will result in a $150 fine.
    - Key loss will result in a charge of $300; and $150 will be charged if you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance after office hours.
    - Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $40 per hour.
    Please remember to return the keys to the same lockbox from which they were collected upon check-out. This ensures a smooth process for the next guest. Please leave your apartment tidy by washing your dishes and taking out any rubbish.
    - Any FAULTS or BREAKAGES – please report any as and when it happens to ensure we can resolve it without any delays.
    - Please note that additional cleaning charges will be applied for guests who leave the apartment in an unacceptable state.
    - We only manage the apartments in the building and all of the building amenities are managed by the building management. Any amenity temporarily unavailable or under repair will be out of our control.

    Interaction with Guests:
    You will have the entire place, but if you need help so I can come as soon as possible.

Nice accom but parts dirty and parts noisy - 800m walk to West End

Booking: when I booked it was not clear to me that the accommodation was not an aparthotel and that I'd have to pick up/drop off key. I would not have booked if I'd known as didn't need that kind of inconvenience or the extra taxi cost. Having said that, it was simple enough to do so. Location: not the best if guests do not have a car. One cafe (good if you like Mexican) but no services within walking distance. Noise: the building is very quiet internally but what is not mentioned in the advert are the 4 train lines across the street and thus the considerable noise heard in bedroom 1. Accommodation: was as shown on the booking site so no surprises. Nice layout etc. Bedrooms: Bedroom 2 - My 82 yr old friend ended up sleeping on the couch as the air-conditioning rattled a lot and kept her awake and took from her energy and enjoyment. Hygiene and cleanliness: the cushions in the living area are dirty and stained. the rug is dirty and stained the duvets/doonas are old and stained - mine had brown streaks that I hoped were from make up or fake tan. the shower stall was filthy and had black mould in places (considered a health hazard). Showering was not a pleasant experience. In this regard I would suggest that past guests as well as myself have paid for a cleaning service that does not take place. Would I stay here again. No
