Property was lovely, and clean with easy access and clear instructons (stove was a bit more of a puzzle). Ran out of toilet paper though.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thought the house was great but did struggle with getting things to work all week. The tv remote was missing (apparently this was known so just put a note so we don't spend all week looking for it or trying the other 4 sitting there), the DVD didn't work - again, just remove things that don't work. There was no manual for hotplate so took us a while to work out it was child locked. Two door locks were not working well but improved after a mainanence visit (sometimes still jammed). But the price was very reasonable for the lovely house in a great location.

Great safe yard for kids and a great location. Presentation was faultless, property is like brand new.

Our week at Aqua Time

The location was great, only a short walk to Cylinder and Deadman’s beaches, the pub and local shop. There were six of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. Everything was new and very comfortable.

Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Aqua-Time as its a modern large family home to suit one large family or 2 small families in a central location at Point Lookout. Our young kids really loved running in the fully fenced yard when we weren't at the beach. Its walking distance to a number of beaches and the Straddie hotel. Would stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: This is a great house with fantastic open living, with lots of space to spread out, great airflow, clean and stylish living areas etc. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen (except for coffee making!), and large deck for outdoor dining. While on the main road and no view, we loved the easy walk to the Headland, to Cylinder, Deadman's and Frenchman's and the outlook. While we usually book a dog friendly property, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Large new stylish house with lots of space and close to beaches and facilities

This property is perfect for a large family with 1 queen bedroom upstairs together with a large kitchen and main lounge, and then 3 bedrooms downstairs with another lounge area . The large enclosed yard is a bonus for those with younger kids as they can play outside without escaping. We had a few visits from the local magpies and kookaburras on the back deck which we loved. It's on the main road so a bit of traffic noise but didn't concern us. We'd definitely rent again for its convenient location and stylish house layout/design. Would give it 4.5 stars if could do half stars. Didn't give it 5 because no sea views and like most houses at Straddie no aircon (but very airy with lots of ceiling fans and windows which is all you need for 98% of the time)

Just a few things

This is our 4th year staying and we love it however there are a few things that are starting to need attention. Both couples found the mattresses are now very hard especially after a week. Also many of the throw cushions are covered in mould and the couches smell unpleasant. It’s a property which is well maintained but the soft furnishings are beginning to let it down

Just Perfect

We are regular visitors to Straddie and this holiday home is just perfect. It was only a 5 min walk to Cylinder Beach, Straddie Hotel and Point Lookout. There is a well stocked supermarket and group of shops around the corner. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable and spacious. The beautiful shady trees and established native landscaping where a bonus to making Aquatime so enjoyable. We will be back for sure!

Premium Quality Beach House

It's rare to find the perfect beach house, with such a great layout that has everything you need and be such a short walk to multiple beaches, and also, the local shop. We thought each space had been carefully considered to maximise its use and liveability, not to mention the superior ventilation allowing the whole house to be completely opened up yet securely locked. The two balconies provided the opportunity to always capture the best part of the day, the kitchen was fully equipped, the furnishings were of premium quality and the bedding was second to none. AquaTime certainly provided my family with every requirement for the superb holiday experience.
