Su limpieza ya que no tiene aseo en piezas y la atencion del personal es bastante poco afable y poca vuntad para entregar informacion del Lugar. Ademas olvide algunos elements electricos y electronicos y no pude volver por Horatio vuelo llamando a las 4 hrs sim embargo despues de 3 semana de haber avisado no tienen ninguna explicacion

Información incorrecta
El hotel está en un estado un tanto abandonado. -Ni la limpieza fue diaria (de 6 noches que estuvimos, los dos primeros días no limpiaron la habitación; todo y que después del primer día, nos quejamos, en el segundo día tampoco limpiaron, ni hicieron las camas, ni cambiaron las toallas; después de la segunda queja, ya si que hicieron la habitación el resto de los días, pero la limpieza dejaba bastante que desear), -ni la habitación era de 30 m2 (calculo que era 20-24 m2 como máximo), -ni había albornoces en la habitación (personalmente me da igual, pero si lo anuncian, deberían cumplirlo). Como aspectos positivos hay que decir que el personal de recepción era amable y que el hotel está bien situado respecto a transportes públicos, pero probablemente si volviera a Brisbane elegiría otro hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable bedding and very clean. We had a family room which was a decent size and design. Our room was renovated except for bathroom which does need an update. Everything in working order and I’m sure the bathroom will be renovated soon, as I know they are getting done.

Excellent and an ideal property. Only issue is with check in after 10pm. Few flights in to Brisbane arrived after 10pm and how can the guest check in easily is an area need assistance

Dust and mold tower
This was the dirtyest hotel i have ever stayed in. i was moved room 3 times before a gave up and accepted i would be sleeping in filth. the excuses given by the hotel was the the rooms are about to be renovated. I don't understand how that affects their ability to clean the rooms though. an old room for the right price is acceptable, a room covered in layers of dirt and mold never is.

We stayed in room 110 and the mattress was terrible! You could feel the springs and you could even grab the spring through the sheets. My husband had surgery on his back and we had to fold a blanket so he could sleep a little. Mattresses need to be replaced or at least put pillow topper mattress covers on the bed. I had even considered sleeping in the car. Other than we enjoyed stay there as it suits our needs. Thank you for reading and hopefully addressing these concerns.

ホテルの立地が、ローマ・ストリート駅から距離では近いと思い公園を通ると階段と坂があります。スーツケースを持っている場合かなりきついです。セントラル駅の方が階段なく坂道だけで行けます。 部屋は掃除もゆきとどいていました。シャワーとトイレが同じコンパクトなバスルーム。ドライヤー、電気ケトルは部屋にありました。電子レンジはフロントに頼むと温めてもらいました。

The Tower is clearly getting an internal refit, with the very 70s redwood cabinets contrasting with the very 2020s granite bathrooms. The rooms are round, so it's got a very surreal castle turret feel, which is to be respected, a good spot up above the Roma Parklands, atop the hill. The walk home from the CBD or the Valley is best consider by Uber or Taxi, that's a lot of steps on the daily counter to get back to base

Nice clean comfortable room with a fridge
Was very happy with my 2 night stay here. There was toiletries in reusable containers, fridge, TV. The black out curtains especially were good and not too much traffic noise, as I was on 5th floor. Would happily stay again and make use of free bus service into centre

We stay there when we have to come to Brisbane. It is conveniently situated and a restaurant on site. The bathrooms have been renovated. It is really good for the price
