    Accommodating up to 12 guests, this expansive high end executive property perched on the hill. 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom property, celebrates all that an inner city suburb of Brisbane has to offer. Enjoy time off with the family, and choose to relax in the large glistening swimming pool, the heated spa, whilst having a hit of tennis, or unwinding in the steam room and sauna. This property provides the perfect retreat to unwind and escape the city, whilst still being a stones-throw away from the action.

    1 Bunk room with double and single overtop. This has a seperate entrance from the street at the back of the property. Can sleep another 7 guests taking occupancy to 19.

Enjoy multiple indoor and outdoor living/dining options, including under covered BBQ area, with gorgeous views of the pool and beautifully landscaped surrounds.

    The shared tennis court, the private sauna/steam room, the heated spa, the extensive area of grass outdoors, and the enormous private swimming pool, are just some of the highlighting features that make this property a must-stay, for your next holiday.

    NOTE:

    The tennis court lights is not to be used past 8pm include that music used when on tennis court must not be loud.

    - As a rule we only take families.
    - The minimum age of the person renting must be over 25.
    - All guest joining must be 25 yrs old and above unless it is a family stay with small children.
    - Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.
    - We don't take groups of more than 8 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood.
    - Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 10pm- 6am.

    "Things You Need to Know Before You Book"

    - We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
    - We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
    - We also require a Security deposit $2000 which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
    -Pet freindly (pet fee of $33 per pet per night max 2 pets and must be pre approved)
    - For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
    - All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
