We loved the unique rooms and attention to detail in the hotel. The roof top restaurant was fantastic too. A great place to stay to explore the city and enjoy a peaceful evening too. Highly recommend.

The rooftop pool is the highlight of this property. Closely followed by the very stylish room which has an automated lighting and curtain system which I enjoyed. Very romantic location for a couple looking to get away.

Dinning options great, proximity to the valley great, staff excellent. Cleanliness excellent. Air-conditioning in the room couldn't reach target temp of 19 degrees which made sleeping difficult

The staff was excellent, and everything about the place was outstanding. The art on the walls, the modern lighting, the automated curtains, the entertainment, system. And the view from the roof top pool is fantastic!

Perfect almost in every way. The mattress seemed a little unbalanced and like I was rolling towards the back wall.

We had an amazing stay. The staff were sooooo friendly and professional. The beds and pillows just swallowed you up. Thank you I can’t give the place enough praise.

The Hotel X is an excellent hotel with top notch service!! The hotel staff is truly superb. Just know that the rooftop bar and restaurant is NOT associated with this IHG, Hotel X!! The waiters were rude and slow. We didn't realize they weren't associated with the hotel until we brought our bottle of champagne , which the hotel gave us, to the roof top restaurant to enjoy with our dinner. The waiter promptly told us we could not dink our champagbe at their rooftop restaurant! Not only that, but when my friend left to take our champagne back to the room, the waiter poured water into his glass which had a small amount of champagne in it!! That was done on purpose!! I would NOT recommend the rooftop restaurant! In addition, we ordered the paella, which was average, at best.

We didn't like the glass doors in the bathroom. Bit more privacy would be nice when sitting on the toilet 🚽 Great area.
