Unfortunately we are unable to replace each glass as it is used with a new one as this is definitely not a sustainable practice. Our glasses are washed and returned for each new guest. If there was an issue with a dirty glass during your stay, we sincerely apologize! These issues are best brought to our attention throughout your stay so we are able to make the situation right and we're sorry we weren't able to give you the best service.If you would like to follow up on this issue, please reach out directly.
