Check in process is a little unusual, unit was clean and comfortable, I did ask for bedding for pull out couch which did not receive and there was no one to ask for it but other than that no issues.

Had to picket up key fron a store about 1 Kl away from apartment building. Arrived in unit There was a step ladder, workman tools, and ceiling panel removed No air con. Bed not made. Rung contact number John as no reception for this unit. Initially advised that air con might be fixed the next day. I said that wasn’t good enough. John said to go back to convenience store 1 kl awas and get a key to Room 403. I went back to store only to be told he did not have key to 403. Rung John again he told me to go back to rm 1103 the one without air con and wait for house keeper to give me key to 403. When back waited in very hot unit 1103. I rung John and told him I was waiting and that I was not happy. The reason I arrived at 2pm was to attend a viewing of my diseased niece at a funeral home at 3pm. John arrived and informed me that room 403 was being cleaned I told him I could not wait in 1103 with air cond. I then moved all my luggage to 403 and eventually was able to unpack at 4.20. I missed out on the funeral viewing. Also the email I received advised me to park in C18 on B2I I walked all over B2 no c18 so I walked to B3 no C18 Walked up to B1 and finally found Park C18 on B1 not on B2 as per email.
Received an email advising me when I checked out to get my car from car park Then find an outside park and then to go back up to my room and leave the key on the bench. However if the did this I would not have been able to use the lift to go down from my room to the lobby.

These guys have upped their communication game recently so if you’re looking at this property and judging it on past reviews, frankly you’ll be dismissing a great property at a very reasonable price for location. This was my 3rd stay in this property and it was seamless. A few tiny details that I just like oersonally in a services appartment that we’re not present is all that’s stopping me from giving an 10/10 review are

I like this place.
Looked like it was recently renovated and the design has been done well.
Interesting set up where you have to retrieve your keys from an offy, half a kilometre away from the apartments.
Fitness Facilities looked good as well.

Inconvenience
We went to the convenience store that is 5 minutes away to pick up the key at 2 pm. We had to then go to the property to meet the cleaner, we had to wait until 3:20 pm until the cleaners left to be able to enjoy our night. Then one of my daughters had to sleep on the lounge as their was only enough beds for 3 but I was charged for four occupants.

Homely stay in good location
Location great, unit was good. My gripe is more about the unit. Booked 1 unit for a reason but was given another room. Have not had any communication or explanation from the organisers as to why yet. Also instructions came on a flickr file which could not be opened. Free wifi but no password left to use it. There should be a follow up.

Good location, poor communication.
Our experience was mediocre.
Instead of the “usual” check in procedure, you needed to go to a convenience store to collect your keys. The communication was poor; I received emails to which I responded to and I either never got a straight answer or it wasn’t responded to - eventually I made contact with the convienance store to ask if they had the key, which they advised that they did, we collected however they had no idea how to access the building etc. upon entering the building we weren’t sure of our car park number etc, so had to call which it was answered and we were told to park in a business reserved car park. Upon entering the room, we saw that it wasn’t serviced; i.e the beds were unmade, the bathroom unclean etc. We phoned the mobile number provided and were advised that because we checked in earlier than the 2pm the Cleaner hadn’t yet serviced the room. Upon returning back to the room it was serviced and looking lovely.

Close to everything
We stayed here for 5x nights and loved that it was so close to everything (10 minutes to the city, 20 minutes to the airport). We had to pick up they keys from a convenient store 3 minutes away, but when we got there they didn’t have our names down as a guest! Lucky we had the apartment number and they were able to find the key. The apartment was nice and clean and we also enjoyed the breakfast downstairs in the mornings. Apartment was equipped with everything that we needed for our stay ie towels, washing powder, shampoo, hairdryer etc and felt homely indeed. There was a gym and pool but we did not use them.
Communication was via email/text with the owner. The only confusing part was finding our parking spot as the numbers on the car spots were very very faint, other than that would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Brisbane!

Excellent accommodation at a great price.
Needed somewhere comfortable and close to Royal Brisbane Hospital and this place was terrific, except for the unusual arrangement in getting keys upon check-in was disappointing, however both Expedia and the gentleman we spoke with were very helpful and resolved the issue quickly.

Spacious and great view from room
The apartment is spacious, cleaned, and new. I communicated with Mr. Kafer by email and on the phone whenever I need to. I will definitely use this facility again if I visit Brisbane again and will recommend it to anyone who wants to come here.

Awful communication
The worst way to spend a hungover Sunday is driving around the city trying to return our key. Especially when the bed we slept on was like laying on cement.

modern apartment poor management & Communication
Whilst apartment is new with modern interior, very dissatisfied with our experience.even after I express my dissatisfaction the following day via text message,NO response.
- Communication was poor.
- Prearranged meeting time at site to obtain keys was not adhered to by property manager. No call to advise they were running late. Left waiting for 20mins
- Took 1 hour post our prearranged checkin time to gain access to room due to swipe card not working and having to wait for a cleaner to travel to site to provide working card.
3. No apology provide for the inconvenience.
4. NO towels....and only 1/3 roll of toilet paper....How were we expected to shower with no towels?
5. smoke alarm beeped all night long due to low battery
6. sugar all over the brunch.
I’m trying to understand how this property is being managed.

This is run like an Air BnB not by Belise apartments. No one turned up to check me into the apartment & the amazing girl on reception told me this was not the first time & she has tried to get this room shut down. If you dont want to end up stranded & need relocating by hotels.com
DO NOT BOOK THIS ROOM!!! I can how ever recommend the Belise Apartments & Sharni on the front desk is AMAZING. She helped me out by rebooking me into one of their other rooms ($130 a night) Hotels.com did do a great job at dealing with the issue but it should never have happened in the first place.

Private Advertiser selling one room on Wotif
Booked the apartment through Wotif and went to check in at reception to be told there was no record of our booking .
Room was situated in Belize apartment building but is been rented out privately so has no association with Belize .
Reception staff were very good but unfortunately have experienced this often regarding this problem and cannot let you in the room or contact the owner.
Eventually we booked a room at Belize and contacted Wotif to let them know the issue who alledgelly have already been informed about this .
Disappointing Wotif let single rooms be booked out like this .
Thanks to the reception team who helped us out .
