Siempre a sido muy buena la estadía en este hotel. Esta vez noté algunos cosas un poco descuidadas .. Y el personal del restaurante en el desayuno muy distraído . En la recepción como simple impecables .

Staff were courteous and helpful. Would have preferred that our rooms were together, since we were a family. One room was in the opposite direction and the other on a different floor which was a little inconvenient.

We did not see the value for accommodation fee. Expected a certain quality for money our spent to stay at Hilton but a bit disappointed with staying there.

Staff were amazing. Easy walking to shopping, restaurants and bars. Christmas breakfast buffet highly recommend, as we had 1 year old to 73 year old and all were catered for. Group of 10 and everyone was over the moon with the food and the service.

Mostly good after a few little niggles were sorted out namely; on arrival the room safe was closed and locked, the mini bar fridge had been left on defrost with a wet towel in it and the bar coffee machine was taken out of service too early one evening.

Loved the pillows! And breakfast was great. Children x 3 running around and playing with the elevators for about 2 hours or more while we were eating dinner was distracting and a little annoying while trying to relax and enjoy the evening. It took staff too long to address the issue with the parents

Booked this hotel for my Dad. He couldn’t believe it or thank me enough. He also didn’t expect to finish up so early on the last day so he inquired about a late checkout and not only did the staff organise it for him they also gave it to them complementary. Very impressed with the service and Dad said that it was one of nicest places he has stayed and couldn’t be more appreciative of the staff

This is a hotel we would not rush back too, in fact we had to stay an extra night and chose to check out rather than stay here. The public area, the staff and the location are all superb but tap that key on your room door and you feel like you are somewhere else. We were a couple, had a kingsize bed but only one chair, too bad if we wanted to eat in the room. There was a coffee table shoved against the wall as an after thought. The pillows were nice and fluffy but provided zero support, they flatten to about 3 cms. I work up with shoulder and neck pain, almost impossible to get comfortable. The entire room was designed for a single, short slim person, the toilet was too low and too small, feaces stain the back of the seat so i cant be the only one affected, the room safe is 30 cms of the floor, the power points are on the floor. The shower/bath combo is too small and there is no grab rail to get in and out, i had to use the towel rail. The bath is so narrow where the shower is that i defy anyone over 100 kg being able to have a shower there. I am 94kg, it was difficult, the shower head is to small, no pressure so you need to run around to get wet except your feet are confined in a small bath and you cant do that. My wife, all 42kg of her, was complaining before me and she never complains. You get 2 coffee pods (we got 4 the last day!) for the coffee machine, we had 2 blanks (no coffee inside) so we had 1 coffee between us both.

Right in the centre of the CBD. . It’s just an elevator descent to the mall and all the shops. Convenient walk from central station the airport is so close. Able to walk to the river and across to Southbank - or the bus system is easy to negotiate as well. - a few sirens one night even from the 12th floor. Foyer and concierge area good. - I did not take the breakfast -buffet $39.
