Walking distance to city centre, ferry terminal and shops. Nice Big apartment. Unfortunately, not very clean. Needing repairs to a lot of items. Manager was very helpful though.

Rooms weren't very clean. Manager was exceptionally rude demanding that we pay the full amount again even though we'd already paid a deposit. Blamed it on expedia and almost didn't allow me to sort it out. instead of trying to work out the issue, she just mocked us and spoke rudely making our first day in Brisbane quite unpleasant as i spent it chasing up the problem with expedia and feeling very upset by her comments. Better problem solving skills and communication would have been crucial in this situation.

And when your husband asked me to talk to the manager, I said, " I am the manager here." Your husband just said impolitely "Are you kidding me?" What kind of language did he use?

The milk that was in the fridge was over 12 months out of date.
We tried to make a coffee after arriving but the milk was almost solid inside.
The unit looked clean till i went to pull the sheats of the bed to help the cleaners
One bed had a clean mattress protector on it the rest didnt even have that and i was almost sick with the state of the beds.
If i had of seen how stained the mattress where before we slept on them i would have not let my family sleep there.
It wasnt just one or two stains it was the full mattress. I took photos i was that discussed

The unit had not been cleaned for months, caked on dust to all surfaces and vents etc, complained to manager and he spent 2.5 hours cleaning. Faulty vanity drain, will not stay there again.

We regret to learn from Ms. Rosemary for her comment. And we don't think that her comments were necessarily true or accurate.
Two groups of the guests had been staying at the same apartment for more than 10 days and left just one day before Ms. Rosemary's check-in. Both groups have given us at least 8 out of 10 from their reviews, and none of them had mentioned the caked of dust issues.
I do believe that most apartments do have some small corners where it has not been in touch by guests and some dust may have left on these surfaces in times. However, it may not be as dust to 'all' surfaces that been mentioned by Ms. Rosemary. Our Manager has taken the initiative to clean the place up personally instead of waiting for the Cleaners on the following day so that our guest - Ms. Rosemary, can rest soon and in comfort for her stay. The long time spent on cleaning is to ensure that the guest is satisfied with every detail and little help with the vanity drain (a faulty vanity drain will require a Plumber to fix them), in order to give her a good accommodation experience by staying in our apartments.
However, Ms. Rosemary has given us a very low score even when she had appreciated our Manager for a good cleaning to her satisfaction.

Enjoyable overnight stay in a 3 bedroom. Would recommend if seeing a concert at Suncorp Stadium!

Nice friendly comfortable relaxing rooms
The Founda Apartments were nice clean and comfortable, I would recommend these to anyone who wishes to spend a few days close to the city along the Brisbane river.
