My first impressions was to turn around and leave. We felt we were living in the 80's, There was dirt up the stairs and as we walked through the front door the paint was stripped off, then walking in the bedroom it hadn't been aired and had an odour, so I opened up the blinds to find dust caked on the screens and the windows were filthy I am so glad I bought my own linen because I would not have slept on the bed at all. We spent no time in the unit only to sleep. The kitchen looked like the original from when the units were built and there was mildew around the sink, one of the doors was hanging off. My first hour was taken up by cleaning screens in the bedroom and cleaning the bathroom so we could use it. The coffee table had rust all over the legs, and there was no wifi. We were aware of the storm damage on the balcony but I have to ask myself, when was the storm? Because there hasn't been anything repaired or reno's done at all. My opinion is unit this ia unrentable to anyone.
