    Situated at South Bank, has direct access to Brisbane’s major entertainment precinct including the Convention & Exhibition Centre, Queensland Gallery of Modern Art, The Queensland Performing Arts Centre, the Museum & Science Centre as well as being centrally located to Southbank Parklands, West End, Suncorp Stadium and the Brisbane CBD.



    Getting Around:

    Only 3-5 minutes walking to South Brisbane Train station and Culture centre bus station.

    From airport to this place is about 25 minutes drive



    Other Things to Note:

    To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

    Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:



    You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

    You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

    You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.



    Linen: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.



    Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay but we do not replenish, you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out.



    Airtrip is an offsite property management, should have any questions or concern please reach out to us directly via the messaging platform.



    Additional rules

    Please make a note of the following during your stay as we want all our guests to be able to enjoy the place over and over again. And again don't forget to have a fabulous stay!

    - All extra guest must leave the premises by 10 pm

    - Strictly no smoking inside the premises - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.

    - No parties or events - any evidence of parties or events will result in a $150 fine.

    - Key loss will result in a charge of $300; and $150 will be charged if you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance after office hours.

    - Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $40 per hour.

    Please remember to return the keys to the same lockbox from which they were collected upon check-out. This ensures a smooth process for the next guest. Please leave your apartment tidy by washing your dishes and taking out any rubbish.

    - Any FAULTS or BREAKAGES – please report any as and when it happens to ensure we can resolve it without any delays.

    - Please note that additional cleaning charges will be applied for guests who leave the apartment in an unacceptable state.

    - We only manage the apartments in the building and all of the building amenities are managed by the building management. Any amenity temporarily unavailable or under repair will be out of our control.

Very close to train line

The property is very close to train line which runs frequently even over night. If you are a light sleeper or plan to spend time in the apartment I suggest not staying here.

Unit was modern and clean. View wasn’t amazing but very central to accessing the city. Unfortunately no mention of how close it was to the railway line. The noise from the trains is exceptionally loud and distracts from being able to relax.

Convenient apartment South Brisbane

You need a new sofa or some lounge chairs.That sofa bed is VERY uncomfortable to sit on. A few more knives and forks from the op shop would be good as well. But it was clean, and had a lovely view. Slept well, And shower was hot. Dishwasher had been incorrectly handled by whoever emptied it and had to be reset to work for us. Did not use washing machine.

Off site management was difficult. 10min walk to pick up/drop keys was difficult with luggage. No linen was provided for 3rd guest on sofa bed, 24/7 staff unable to assist at 1030pm so we were left with no linen first night and still no blanket night 2, no follow up from Airtrip at all

Terrible

We never received a lockbox code for the key, took 45min to get someone on the phone so we could get keys. Room was not cleaned from last guest, dirty wet towels, bed not made. Took 60 min of multiple calls to get hold of call centre, told we would get a full refund as we couldnt stay there, 4weeks later still waiting for it. No correspondence from them. Very poor service, very difficult to contact. Had to book a room at Mantra.
