"Great place to stay. We overnighted here on a trip from Auckland to Bali. Airport is so close to the hotel. Made it really easy. Room was immaculate and staff very polite. Two things: Taxi's seem unnecessarily expensive for such a short drive. Would be better if the Hotel arranged a free shuttle for travellers, or at least a more affordable option for groups of 3 or more. Disappointed they didn't play the Australia Fifa World Cup match at breakfast too!"

"The property was lovely, great location if you have transport and don’t want be in the city and also super handy to the airport. Was very disappointed with the service after checking out and we had left an expensive item in the room. Took several days with phone calls, an email and several staff members to even action a look in the room or asking housekeeping. My item was not returned so therefore stolen/taken by either housekeeping or the next guests in the room. So disappointing! If actioned...

"Do not stay at this Hotel. I had to fly urgently for family matters, from Barcelona, so a long haul flight in an aerial sardine can, the reviews for the View were good and the location was convenient. I got room 205 which was pleasantly located on top of the highway, just metres from roaring trucks and ambulances. There was no double or triple glazing so it felt like I was sleeping by traffic lights (the fact was sleep was impossible). The room should have been used as a storeroom, but yet, $180...
