Because the photos and the description do not match reality. The listing clearly states that guests have access to a BBQ (as shown on the website), but the real photos do not confirm the presence of any barbecue area. "We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end).
The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. "

"Everything was perfect! La Casetta is immaculately clean, private, and comfortable. The hosts live right next door, and are very kind and thoughtful.
