Great location, everything you need in walking distance. Views from apartment absolutely amazing. James is a great host greeted us on arrival and gave lots of information. Parking was prebook, definitely recommend it. So convenient just down the road. Will be booking again

Lovely welcome by our host, James. The apartment has great views and felt very comfortable and homely. Due to the December weather we didn't get chance to use the balcony and could imagine it would be a great bonus in the the summer, but we really enjoyed just chilling in the lounge looking out over the rooftops to the sea. The location is great, lots of excellent eateries nearby, 5 mins walk to the seafront and 15 mins to the centre. Highly recommend.

We had a really great stay in this appartment. It is close to the beach and close to the city centre. One of the best things was the roof terraces where there was sun (and shadow if needed) all day. We were two couples and also enjoyed the two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms (where one had entry only from the master bedroom). James was very friendly, and shared much valuable information about the neighboorhood.We came by car, and James organized street zone parking vouchers for us. Not super-easy to find a free spot, but we found a place every time.

Our 4 night stay was fabulous in every way. Exemplary communication, an apartment in a prime location for restaurants, public transport, car parking and proximity to the sea front. High level decor, facilities, quality bedding and comfortable beds. Impeccably clean too. The sea view is wonderful from both balconies. We will return. Sehr schön Wohnung

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung.Alles war sauber und funktioniert.Der Vermieter war wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.Die Terrasse ist ein Traum den ganzen Tag Sonne.Kleiner minus Punk sie liegt nahe einer Hauptstraße wo immer was los ist.Sonst können wir Sie nur weiterempfehlen und wenn wir wieder mal in die Gegend kommen schauen wir gern ob Sie wieder frei ist.

Heart of Brighton and Hove

Lovely apartment with views of the ocean.Well appointed and clean. Owner is very helpful and friendly. Our only problem was that the lift failed and my husband is disabled so we were confined to the flat .Property is ideally located for shops and public transport transport public transport

A perfect Christmas break

We chose the Penthouse so we could be join on son & daughter in Brighton for Christmas, yet have our own space. The flat is beautiful and had ample space and facilities for all the family to gather together for festive celebrations. Thanks James for making us so welcome.

Traumhafte Wohnung über den Dächern von BrightonHove

Wunderbare Wohnung mit 2 SZ und 2 Bädern und ideal für eine Familie. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut, wie beschrieben, ausgestattet und der Blick herrlich. Wir waren Anfang Oktober da und haben uns 4 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit James war sehr gut, er hat uns persönlich empfangen und stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut, Pubs, Supermarkt (Waitrose ist top), Bus, Meer, Pier, i360,…. alles bequem zu erlaufen.

Stunning views

It is the perfect property for location and panoramic sea views. The apartment was tastefully furnished with comfortable beds. James was waiting for us at the apartment on our arrival and throughout the week was on hand if we had any queries. There was plenty to do and everything was within walking distance. I would highly recommend the apartment and Brighton, especially if you are a food lover! Perfect!

Great time with seaviews

The Penthouse was as discribed and easy to find. The seaviews are fantastic and really made the apartment a special place to rest and relax. The access was very easy and James as a host was very caring and thoughtful, even though we did not meet in person. He responded very quickly to text messages and/or emails, so we felt in very "good hands". The only thing that was a little disturbing was the noise level at night coming from pubs/restaurants of the main road, which I didn't expect to hear from the master bedroom. However, this is not James fault and wouldn't stop me from staying at the place again, because the location is also one of the many perks of the Penthouse. So thanks for having us.

A perfect flat!

Went with my husband and another couple for a 5 day vacation in Brighton. This flat is absolutely perfect for any stay in Brighton. The location is within walking distance from train, shopping, restaurants, pubs and pretty much anything! James was the best host and made sure the flat was clean and ready for us upon arrival. His recommendation book was extremely helpful and we spent alot of time on the rooftop admiring the Brighton views. I would highly recommend this rental. You will not be sorry!

We had a lovely stay, thank you! The apartment is so comfortable & homely, beds & sofas very comfortable, has everything you need to make you feel at home. Nice safe entrance area & lift.
