    Lovely cottage.

    Lovely cottage. It is a great location, I cannot think of anything negative to say. Will rebook when we decide to return to West Bay. Thank you to the owners of this beautiful property for allowing us the experience of staying here.

    Lovely big house in Dorset

    We really enjoyed the house, everything we needed was provided. Very clean and lots of space. Lovely big kitchen! Easy driving distance to Jurassic coast!

    We had a wonderful week staying in Woodbrook Cottage with our 2 border terriers. Such a lovely well equipped, comfortable, warm,homely, spotlessly clean cottage within a short walk or drive into Bridport. Footpaths galore from the doorstep.     We had a great holiday with our 2 x dogs and various members of the family visiting across the week. The house is beautifully appointed, with so much kitchen equipment, we made pies, cakes, crumbles and stews because we could. Two dishwashers and two fridges were also very greatly appreciated especially when we had 9 x grown ups for Sunday lunch! The area was beautiful and so easy to move around and we loved the beaches and general dog friendliness that we found everywhere.

    What a beautiful cottage in a wonderful location. The cottage is in the perfect location for exploring Dorset. We would highly recommend the Donkey Sanctuary in Sidmouth, very humbling!! 😍

    The Cottage was excellent , well equipped and clean in a lovely location.

    The Cottage was excellent , well equipped and clean in a lovely location. However we booked it as dog friendly but dogs not allowed in garden which had no grass. Had to wander outside in pitch black at 4.30 am as dog wasn’t well. We always pick up after our dogs. Great place but not for dog owners.

    Had a fantastic week at Woodbrook Cottage.

    Had a fantastic week at Woodbrook Cottage. Four adults, two children and three big dogs. Wonderful welcome of homemade scones from the charming owners. The cottage is beautifully clean throughout. There is plenty of very good quality crockery, glassware and cutlery - a rarity in most holiday properties. Also lots of general cooking equipment. In addition the kitchen and utility room appliances are all of high end manufacture and in excellent working order. Again, a complete rarity in holiday accommodation. Most convenient having a large fridge in addition to American style fridge/freezer and two dishwashers. Bed linen and towels are also of high quality and not often found elsewhere. There are high end (and working) televisions in all the bedrooms as well as kitchen/diner and living room. In addition, there is a DVD player and a huge stock of DVDs. We all enjoyed the courtyard areas and the children loved the Wendy house. It was good to know the owners lived next door but at no time did we feel the need to bother them. We wanted for nothing in the cottage. We would definitely seriously consider returning for another holiday at Woodbrook Cottage and can thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

    We had a lovely welcome from the owners with home made scones jam and cream. The cottage was well laid out and spacious , there was plenty of equipment with 2 dishwashers in the kitchen and a good utility room. The cottages is in a quite and peaceful area which is ideal.

    If you want a place to stay which has everything you need, space for all to move around & not be in each others way, then stay hear. It is Just a short drive to Bridport & all the beaches, we enjoyed are stay but it wasn't long enought.

    We had a fabulous holiday at Woodbrook Cottage! The cottage itself met all the needs for our party that included a 3month old through to a 70year old! It was spotless and couldn't fault in anyway! The hosts were lovely and the scones on arrival were delicious. The location of the cottage is great, it is nice and quiet but close enough to all your needs, such as supermarkets, playgrounds etc. The 2 towns West bay and Bridport are a short drive away and have lovely shops and restaurants! And there is plenty to do a little further afield such as Weymouth and Lyme Regis! It is definitely a central location to the surrounding areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would definitely recommend a stay here!!

    Woodbrook Cottage is an excellent place to take dogs, which is why we chose it. The cottage is well equipped and furnished and has a small outdoor space for sitting out. There are lovely walks from the front door.
