Idyllic cottage in beautiful Dorset

This property was rented for 3 adults and two children which was ideal for us. Everything we needed was provided and it was a very pleasant walk down to the nearby beach at Seatown. Would recommend.

We had a lovely stay at this property. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Would have been great to have had a sectioned off part of the garden for the dogs but this was a very minor thing.

Great location and immaculate accommodation!

This cottage is very well presented and feels incredibly clean and well looked after. It had all the amenities you might need plus thoughtful extras like maps and games. The location is perfect and we had two great walks along the cliffs - one to Lyme Regis and the other to Bridport. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend this cottage.

Wunderschöne erholsame Tage in einer zauberhaften Umgebung

Schon zwischen Buchung und Anreise wurden wir von David und Julie über viele Dinge informiert und erhielten Updates zur Straßenbaustellen. Im Cottage fehlt es an nichts. Es ist viel Platz vorhanden und eine umfangreiche Ausstattung erlaubt auch das Kochen in der Wohnung. Wir haben die Ruhe und die idyllische Landschaft genossen. Man kann direkt vom Cottage aus mit Tageswanderungen entlang der Küste starten. Zum Tagesabschluss empfiehlt sich die Einkehr im Pub am Strand!

Beautiful Setting

Lovely unit in a barn conversion done to a high standard. Excellent hosts who provide for your every need for a perfect visit. Very peaceful setting with hiking opportunities on the doorstep and further delights in the nearby market town of Bridport.

Ash Cottage

Lovely cottage, very comfortable and everything we needed. Great location, close to Seatown which is well worth a visit. We visited many places along the Dorset coastline over our stay. Very warm weather so the garden was a blessing. Highly recommend this property.

Spacious cottage with stunning views!

Superb hosts who have given care and consideration to everything you may need during your stay… detailed information before your arrival, useful on-site visitors information folder; complete range of kitchen equipment and ample provision of crockery - thus utilising the dishwasher and not having the chore of washing-up after each mug (wine glass) used! Ash Cottage is really cosy and insulated, we didn’t require any heating during our October visit - despite the heavy wind and rain buffeting the building one night. We absolutely loved the lack of light pollution - stunning night skies - and also enjoyed the peaceful location… open the bedroom window and you can hear the waves at nearby Seatown Beach. Highly recommend this homely cottage and hope to return soon.
