"We stayed at this newly renovated beach house for a long weekend in April. The home is big, spacious and beautifully decorated. Every bed is super comfy and we fell asleep listening to the waves. We loved the big kitchen! We had all nine beds filled and still had plenty of room and privacy. We love Milford shoreline and this home made our weekend celebration just perfect. Thank you Matt for being so helpful and accommodating. Everyone wants to rent it now😊"

"We loved our stay at the bungalow last weekend. Donna equipped the home with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and more. It is located in a quiet area steps from the Milford Point Audubon center, Wheeler Marsh and Cedar beach. We walked to the Walnut Beach area where there are a few shops and restaurants, most notably a delicious Mexican restaurant and coffee shop. A perfect get away, despite the questionable weather."

"Reggie was the perfect host and is home was exactly what we needed for our weekend in New Haven. The cozy house was so comfortable and well appointed, we felt right at home away from home. The location was ideal for take-out on our first night, and the kitchen was stocked with the equipment needed to cook breakfast each morning of our stay. "I stayed at this amazing studio cottage with my girlfriend for 2 nights for her birthday. Our hosts, Liz and Adam were simply amazing. They allowed us an early check in and a late check out. Liz even brought out bicycles for us to use to tour around the neighborhood and ride along the shore line. Because it was my girlfriends birthday (or maybe they just do this), they had Prosecco and Orange Juice plus beer and cheese and other snacks for us when we arrived. "From the moment we came we felt right at home! Such a comfortable place to stay! Every morning we were greeted by a beautiful bald eagle on the lake as well as the chitter chatter of birds. For those who have a hard time climbing stairs, this is NOT the place for you. Bedrooms as well as bathrooms are not on the main level. No matter we would definitely want to stay again!"

"The property is beautiful; we had such a great time as a party of 7 adults and 5 young kids. The walk to the beach was short but a little tricky because the first half has no sidewalk but still super convenient and better than paying $65/day to park in Cove Beach lot! One very minor note is there were a couple items missing from the house and Elena was super responsive in dropping them off for us quickly. We had a great stay!"

"Where do i begin, on a last minute trip to CT we chose this place we needed a comfy place for the pups and wanted the privacy that a house afforded. This place checked all the boxes, exceeded our expectations and felt so comfortable the moment we walked in. Tne neighborhood wasquiet and beautiful, the house open, spacious and well appointed. I love the fenced in yard for the pups and a nice backyard area when the weather is nice. Overall this place is an absolute gem and we'll be back!"

"Paul was very communicative and helpful. We did not like the neighborhood but once you enter the apartment it’s a whole different story. The apartment was very clean and spacious. As mentioned in another review, it needs coverings on all windows for privacy from the neighbors."
