The view from the house and pool is amazing. We tried to be there for every sunset. The driveway is an adventure, but worth it. The beach chairs for the nearby beach trips were a great asset.

Our third stay at Kerensa. Ben is the best. Home is great for a couple looking for a romantic getaway. The home is not near anything so if you want to be in the hubbub this one’s not for you. We did not rent a car and just befriended Shannon or super cab driver who we met through Ben. Probably a little bit more expensive than renting a car but the roads of Tortola are not easy to navigate, especially after a few cocktails, worth it. We will be back.

The views from every window are stunning. The location is quiet and peaceful. No issues checking in or out. We appreciated that the pool loungers had cushions. The host was quick to reach out to see if we needed anything so we felt if we had any issues he would be helpful. We had no issues and would love to visit this property again.

The home had beautiful views that pictures could only capture a fraction of. More importantly, with a hurricane brushing past, Ben was very accommodating and made sure we were safe and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend Kerensa to anyone visiting Tortola.

Our stay at Kerensa villa was absolutely wonderful! The view cannot be compared!! We saw beautiful rainbows, passing rain clouds, sunsets, sail boats and nature everyday. The villa its self is well appointed with everything you could need. Upon our arrival we were greeted with music and a bottle of champagne which was amazing as we were there to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. Communication with the host was easy and the few minor things we ran into were taken care of immediately. Tortola is a beautiful island and everyone we met was extremely friendly. I would 100% recommend and would 100% stay again. Poke thing to note is driving around on the island can be challenging and we recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle.

Amazing views

Gorgeous property. Views were unbelievable. Very secluded. Need 4x4 with ground clearance to get back to property. Indoor/outdoor shower was cool. Cuban tree frogs enjoyed the shower, too. Ben was excellent host. Would absolutely recommend this stay without reservation.

Heaven on Earth

This is undoubtably the perfect villa for a couple looking for peace and quiet and rest!! The house is ideal - well equipped and furnished, cool A/C, pool, and beautiful vegetation. The hot tub is UP the hill from the house and is like being in a tree house hot tub in a jungle. The hosts are very attentive and solved a couple of minor issues very promptly. Just can't say enough good stuff about this place. This was our 3rd or 4th time to rent Kerenza, and we'll be back again!!

Heaven on earth!

Kerensa was amazing -- the view unparalleled! The home was perfect in so many ways...spacious for 2 yet intimate. Arriving after dusk, we were greeted with outside twinkle lights, doors open to catch the breeze, lights and music on inside (we initially thought it was the neighbor's music...but alas, there are no close neighbors to speak of!) with a bottle of bubbly and chilled flutes in the frig and ice in the freezer!Straw hats and beach towels at-the-ready, they have really thought of almost everything! Can't decide if the pool and view trump the outdoor shower with access only from inside the bathroom -- but they do! Even a W/D...if you are so inclined. If you're likely to arrive after dark (make darn sure you have cell service and your "maps" is working as well as having a "screen shot" of Ben's directions in case you don't have service, his details noting the landmarks are critical to finding your way!)Two quick notes: 1) Bring some food and drink with you initially (grocery stores are a jaunt once you're there!) The big RiteWay in Road Town has just about everything imaginable. We were glad we didn't have to strike out for food or dining...mostly bc we didn't want to leave this paradise!2) Pack mosquito repellent!! Fortunately, there was some at the house, but the mosquitos were out in force -- to be expected as it's like a rain forest (note to Ben: window and door screens would be wonderful!!)In summary: would highly recommend!

Beautiful and tranquil

This villa is a true retreat - it's beautiful and tranquil. We loved the feeling of being in the trees , and enjoying the view from the porch and pool. Ben is excellent host- super responsive and very helpful. We've returned many times over the years, and can't wait to come back.

Kerensa Needs some Love

Let me begin by saying we enjoyed the peace and privacy at Villa Kerensa and you could not ask for a better view. The sunsets were spectacular!However, the place, particularly the kitchen, could use some upgrades / routine maintenance. The outdoor gas grill as well as the kitchen stove both ran out of gas the first time we used them. This should be checked regularly so as not to inconvenience guests during their stay. The bed linens were old. Holes in the sheets and flat, lumpy pillows are unacceptable for the money spent/ night.The most concerning issue was the obvious signs of rodent infestation. Each morning we found large droppings everywhere, including the countertops and table, even though all food was stored safely in the refrigerator. Wood shavings on the floor around the door leading to the deck lead us to believe something was coming in during the night through the hole at the bottom of the wooden door. Our suspicions were confirmed on our last evening when we saw a RAT run across the kitchen floor and hide under the cabinets.We loved Tortola and would definitely come back. However, we would not rent this property again unless these issues are addressed.

Peace and Beauty

I had a wonderful stay. I spent countless hours staring at the view. The pool was the perfect temperature for a refreshing dip. We loved the peace and quiet. The Tortolla roads and the driveway were challenging for us and took some getting used to, but it was all well worth it. Ben and Zeb were most helpful.

Best vacation ever. Pick this place. You’ll love it.

The photos and reviews, while amazing, can’t compare with the real life magnificence of Kerensa. Stunning views, complete peace & privacy, yet super comfortable and luxuriously quaint. We went for our 20th anniversary and will be back! Great beaches & restaurants within 5-20 minutes. Hosts were super helpful.

Wish We Lived Here

We loved our stay in Tortola, and the beautiful view from this wonderful home. It was a perfect place to unplug from our hectic pace of life. The sunsets were mesmerizing. We cooked many nights at the house so that we could just enjoy the solitude it provided. The air conditioner in the bedroom was extra nice, and sleep was easy. We can't say enough about the hosts response to any needs that we had, as the communication was excellent. This was a gem of a place.
