"Everything we needed to be home away from home"

"We had 19 people stay across 5 families woth kids ranging from 3-11. We were absolutely never bored with having the pool, ping ping table, fire pit, frisbee golf and more.The room setup is a bit unique with no bedrooms having bathrooms en suite. As others have said, the bedrooms on one wing of the houde kind of flow into each other on the inside but have their own external doors.With an extra large kitchen having 2 of everything (dishwashers, ranges, microwaves, coffee pots, etc.) It worked out...

"This home was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed walking to downtown Phoenix Street and to tke Lihht house. Very close to the beach and bluffs. We loved the sunsets. We will be back."

"The place was amazing!! My daughter got married on Saturday!!! Family and friends came! "

"Everything was great. We did have a little trouble with the wifi. The only other issue was the smell of the well water while showering. Otherwise, it could not have a better set up for our wedding party; access to our wedding venue was only about 15 minutes away. We were also able to simulate our rehearsal easily. The pool and hot tub were great for the chilly evenings. Thanks for a great host!"

"The property was amazing. A ton of comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen supplies, and so many fun activities available. Our group especially loved the basketball court and frisbee golf but there was a ton of other games available too. Location was great too, removed enough from town to feel nice and secluded but still close enough to get downtown very quickly."

"Stayed here a few times. Always my go to place when its available. You get attached to it. It's comfortable for 2 people."

"Beautiful property with nice amenities. I did not understand that the showers and most bedrooms are all upstairs. So if anyone in your group is disabled, they will not be able to shower. There is one bed on the lower level. The host was good to work with. If we stayed in this area again, we would rent. I recommend for family and friends gatherings."

"This was my first experience renting a vacation home. Best decision ever! This home was clean, huge, and so close to the beach. It had everything we needed from beach chairs, to towels, and even cute little bags of complimentary toiletries. The host was super responsive and sent great communication prior to our trip. Would stay here again for sure!!"

"We had such an amazing time during our visit. The place is absolutely amazing! Even better than the pictures - lots of updates! Amy was so helpful and communication was 10/10. We were here for a bachelorette party and was perfect location. And the view was amazing! Tons of space and was stocked with everything we needed. Everyone was so so impressed and we all talked about staying here in the future. Would highly recomend staying here!"

"We booked this rental last minute for our daughters’ birthday weekend with friends, and it turned out to be perfect. The home was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The setting is absolutely beautiful. peaceful and scenic, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. "We had 11 adults and one child stay for the weekend. The home had plenty of room for all of us. It was very clean. There were plenty of place settings for all of us and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was right down the street even though we didn’t use it. Not really close enough to walk to downtown South Haven but it’s a very short car ride. "

"We had a wonderful time and the house couldn’t have been better. Had everything you could think of, even small details like a high chair and baby gate, but all decent shampoo, smore roasters, aluminum foil and baggies, paddle boards and kayaks. And the pantoon boat was a nice add. The lake was big enough to be fun but small enough to feel safe. We stayed with three families with kids age 1 to 15. The garage and ping pong was a favorite hang out too! "
