Spring family ski trip
This condo is awesome! The location is great, spacious, well furnished and equipped. It backs up to the 4 O’clock run serviced by the Snowflake Chair which was still running on April 21st.

Winter Break in Breck
This was a nice property, well-decorated and in a good location right on 4 O’clock run out the back deck. Truly ski-in, ski-out. The condo had everything we needed and the parking garage was a plus. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great Location - Needs new master bedroom mattress immediately.
Clean property. Great, great, great location. Walk out onto the back porch (We left our skis outside our back door), put your skis on and ski down the slope. Dream come true. best family time we have had this year. The 2nd bedroom had a bunk bed. Full on the bottom, twin on the top. The full mattress that was on the bottom was supper comfortable. Unfortunately My wife and I were not so lucky. The mattress in the master bedroom was the worst, cheap mattress we have slept on. I don't like talking negative but it needs to be said. If the ownership can confirm a new mattress has been purchased and we could have a reference of a family that has stayed we would rent again, and again ever year. It was that fun and the mattress was that terrible. For some reason they hid the fact that it was in an apartment style setting but on the first floor. Thats what you want there. Yes, you have to park under the building on the basement level but its covered and clean. You do have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the front door. The rear however backs up to the slope perfectly. Dont hide the address, show pictures of the garage and front stairs and show pictures of the back porch. All great things. I would have felt cheated if we had our 75 year old mother with us.

Very nice condo
A beautiful & very clean condo on the first level. Must be able to walk up a flight of stairs to first floor condos at this complex. Spacious living-dining-kitchen areas. Underground garage. Beautiful view from deck of trees and mountain.

Fabulous spot
We have stayed at another unit at Tyra before. We love the access to walk out on 4-o’clock run directly from the porch. Our young boys can run around and play while we sit outside on the patio. It’s perfect. This unit was great. Well stocked kitchen, good set up overall. Would have like to have a comforter on the king bed… just had a sheet and one of those fuzzy blankets. We would stay again for sure.

Hidden gem
We loved staying at this property! The condo was clean upon arrival and the beds were comfortable. It’s in a quiet location. The kids loved playing out in the back and hiking up the trail in the back. We will definitely be back!! One of our favorite spots.

Fantastic condo
I booked this condo for a week of spring break skiing with my Daughter. It was absolutely ideal. In past years, I have skied down 4 o’clock run and thought how amazing it would be to have one of those ski in ski out condos. And this is the best! We parked our car underground, and it was just two very small stairs to the front door of the condo. It was fascinating, watching the skiers out of the big back window and sit by the fire while it snowed. The kitchen has been updated as have the bathrooms. To ski, we simply stepped out of the back porch and onto the slope! You do have to take your skis off to cross over the road and walk 50’ to the snowflake lift, but it was just a minor thing. It’s definitely plain sailing to ski right to your back door! The location of the condo is also situated almost right next door to the hot tub/pool, communal amenity, which was also fantastic. The only minor recommendation I would give the property managers is to put more light in the bedrooms. Apart from that it was an amazing place to enjoy a spring vacation with my Daughter!

Amazing Location
Location was perfect! Having ski in/out was extremely convenient. The home was set up perfectly for our family. The home was cozy and equipped with everything we needed. Any questions we had were addressed immediately. The host reached out mid-stay to see if we needed anything else for our stay. Would def stay here again!

Very nice condo and location
We spent a long weekend skiing in Breckinridge with family and friends. This is a nice ski in/out location. Each morning all we had to do was walk out the door to the back deck, pop our skis on, the ski down the hill a little to a very easy walk across the street to the Snowflake lift. The condo had everything we needed. The rental company even texted a few times to check and make sure we had what we needed. Check out was simple too. Thank you for sharing your place.

Beautiful and convenient
A great property with an accurate description with the fairest price in town. We were able to ski within 100m of a lift and then ski right back to our room from the top of peak 8. This really made the experience fun and low stress. Thank you for sharing your home. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Great place, great stay
We had a great time. The location was great. We didn't want to be too close to town. But it's a very short drive or a decent walk. The unit was excellent and very spacious. Everything was clean. We had a couple of questions for the property managers and they responded very promptly. Very nice and spacious back deck that we enjoyed sitting on. We were there towards the end of the Summer. There is a hiking trail right off the back deck that I think is also a ski trail in the Winter. This was really nice. We hiked this trail a few times.

Great location! Very cozy.
Really enjoyed our stay… Wi-Fi was weak and floors and walls are thin (upstairs was filled with footstep sounds and music). GREAT location. Short walk to town and ski in/out. Would stay again. Fair price.

Fall weekend in Breck
Check-in for condo was at property management company in downtown area, which was very busy at the time of our arrival. While the check-in process itself was very smooth and organized, checking in at a different location was a little inconvenient (especially with small children in tow). Condo was well equipped and very clean. Ample places for our family to spread out and relax. Enjoyed walks up the mountain directly from the unit. As specified in the listing, there is only 1 parking spot for the unit. Overnight parking for additional cars is not within walking distance. The accessibility of a first floor unit was nice, but we also heard a lot of activity from the unit above. Overall, a great condo in a beautiful location.

We loved the location of this property - true ski in/ski out. Great space, nicely furnished. Unfortunately the satellite TV was not working and the management company tried to work on it for 2 hours with no luck upon check in. The following day we had an unfortunate interaction again with the management company. A strange man rang the doorbell and demanded to come in and fix a leak. We had not been contacted by the management company ahead of time, and the man refused to show ID and was very rude. We did not let him in and proceeded to call the management company. The person we talked to at the company was also very rude and unapologetic.
