The variety of apres ski hot tubs was excellent, the Tiki bar/restaurant was fun with fantastic humans, the unit itself was spacious, comfortable and to our liking

Great location
The location was fantastic. Close to Main Street and multiple restaurants. Some of the amenities like the outdoor hot tub and steam room weren’t functional. But otherwise, would stay here again!

Great stay and great host
Place is 5-10 min walk from the Gondola which is extremely conbineient - even closer to the town shops and restaurants. We didnt use the amenities but the unit was clean and comfortable.

Property was perfect for the 2 of us. Conveniently located just a block from Main Street, we could leave the vehicle parked and walk to town. Saves parking fees! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!
This property is located one block off a the Main Street. It is well maintained and the parking garage is a bonus. It is within walking distance of a major grocery store and numerous bars and restaurants. I highly recommend!

Excellent stay in the center of town
Overall loved the apartment, exactly what I needed. Best thing was that you can ski down the mountain on the 4 o'clock run and you come out literally on the opposite side of the street of the River Mountain Lodge. Kitchen was well equipped. The only reason why I'm giving it one star less is that the temperature control was not working and it was constantly a few degrees too warm in the apartment. The only way to get the temperature down was to open a window which is not environmentally-friendly. This should be addressed and fixed.

Great Place to Stay!
Location couldn't be better, walkable to gondola and nice amenities. Parking was a little tight with a large SUV, but manageable. There was an issue with our hvac system during the stay, but the management worked with us to make it right! Would stay here again.

Great location
Location was perfect. Walking distance to gondola and downtown shops/restaurants. Shuttle stop in front of complex. Unit was clean and well equipped. Only issue we experienced was it was incredibly warm even with the heat turned down low. We ultimately just opened a window and notified them of the issue with the thermostat. Would definitely rent at this location again.

Location, Location, Location
This apartment is a 1 minute walk to Main Street, the heart of Breck and a 4 minute walk to the main (free) gondola. The place is great for three or four people, my son said the pullout couch was fine. The apartment was very clean but the hot tubs were kinda gross. It looks like they are under construction to add more outdoor hot tubs, so hopefully this will be better in the future. We will be staying again because the location is perfect.

Ski Vacation
The bed was comfortable, something that is hard to find. The pots and pans and dishware were plentiful, but the frying pans need to be replaced, the none stick is flaking off the pans. There were little things that little a maintenance could easily fix. The tub dripped, the left window in the living room would not lock, the sliding glass door would not open, and the place was really hot. I told the management company about the issues, so hopefully they fix them. There are several busses that stop right in front of the lodge, Black, Brown and Yellow and they take you right to the gondola. 4 O'clock ski run ends right across the street. Walking to town is just a short distance, not more than 5 mins.

Good Room
The apartment was as expected and in a good location. Only complaint is the parking is incredibly tight. The parking garage gets filled to absolute capacity and I had to fold my mirrors in and have someone back me into the spot and it was difficult to get out of the car after. Kind of annoying, but could be worse.

Holiday Ski Vacation
Our family had a wonderful stay at River Mountain Lodge. You can’t beat the location! The Four O’clock Run ends across the street from the main lobby, where you can valet check your ski’s. When walking out the back door of the main building, you are steps away from Main Street. If you need to rent ski equipment or purchase ski apparel, Christy’s Sports Lone Star is right next door. The amenities my family and I enjoyed most at River Mountain Lodge were the outdoor heated pool & hot tub after a long day of skiing. The washer/dryer unit included with this rental was very convenient too. I would highly recommend this rental. It had all of the amenities described in the listing and the management company, Summit Mountain Rentals, was outstanding!

Great cozy condo for exploring Breck!
Everything was as it appeared in the listing and the kitchen was set up good enough to make a big holiday feast and cocktails. The only draw back was that all the windows overlooked a public courtyard so we had to keep the blinds closed for any privacy. Overall though it was a great place for two people to spend a winter weekend.

Beautiful Fall Getaway
We had a great time during our stay in Breckenridge. The views were amazing! The condo is located near Main Street, so perfect for walking! Parking was no hassle as we utilized the underground parking garage. The king size bed was firm but comfortable. My only negative was the bathroom was a bit snug. The property provides you with a box fan (no A/C), but you’re up in the mountains. Since we went during COVID-19, the city of Breckenridge mandates wearing a mask while walking in downtown. Most restaurants were open for dining, takeout or delivery. The properties pool was not open during our stay, but the hot tub was open by appointments only. We enjoyed hiking, and shopping and dining during our fall getaway, I hope to come back for skiing season!

Great stay in Breck
This condo was perfect for our stay in Breck. It’s just steps from Main Street, and is located in a nice condo building. The condo was very clean and spacious. The only downside was that it was a bit hot inside, even with windows open at night, but once we found the box fan in the closet that helped a lot. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Condo needs some attention.
The rental process includes physically checking into an offsite office the day of check-in. Plan on 10-15 minutes. Keys and parking passes have fines attached if not returned to the office the day of check-out. Be prepared for a lot of paperwork. The condo was poorly decorated. The dark brown dining room curtains were ugly and had holes in them. The couch was comfy but also brown. The carpet was gold with a green tick and stained though out. The king size bed had a foam topper. That should be spelled out, Not everyone likes a foam topper. They used dressers as night stands. The quilt on the bed was stained. The stacked washer and dryer were operating. However, the lid on the washer could not be fully lifted. The lid lifted only about 7-8 inches. The bedroom closet had was used for storage. The bathroom had ample high quality towels. It was small but very clean. The kitchen did not have salt and pepper. The cupboards seemed dirty. I had to wash the pans before using. The dishwasher rack needed to be repaired during the stay. It had been fixed with a rubber band. There was one small wine glass in the kitchen. The refrigerator was clean and new. Overall, my experience was good. The property manager was responsive although the check in and checkout process was cumbersome.

Terrible experience with Summit Mountain Rentals!
I didn’t notice that I had failed to turn in the parking permit upon check out until I was 3 hours away. I was originally told I could return it by mail, but was later threatened that $150.00 would be withheld from my security deposit if I didn’t return the parking permit by overnight delivery. I tried to explain that I was driving home across Kansas and would be more than happy to mail it the next day. That was unacceptable, they wanted the parking permit the next day. I had to find a FedEx office in the middle of Kansas to overnight the $3.00 piece of plastic. I would advise everyone to stay away from this, or any rental property managed by Summit Mountain Rentals.
