River Mountain Lodge Colorado Trail Condo is a comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom deluxe condo with room for up to four guests. All the comforts of home are here, including a full kitchen with updated appliances and granite counters, a full bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for three at the counter for a quick breakfast or après-ski snack.

You’ll also enjoy the in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, underground parking (one car) with elevator access, a fitness center, and an outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival.
