I would recommend this home to anyone! Plenty of room for everyone! Living, kitchen, beds and baths very nice. Just a walk away from everything!

Great location, perfect weather, easy walk to everything. Short drive to county boy mine and snowmobiling. There is just one parking space as advertised and there is no overnight parking near the place so we had to park one car in the parking lot about a 5-7 minute drive to the edge of Breckenridge.

Hot tub and location were excellent, short walk to many good eats and coffee on main street. common areas were very roomy. 1 star off as it needs an improved Hot water heater, but after that itll be a perfect place to stay

This was a cozy house with nice indoor and outdoor fireplaces and a hot tub. Perfect location, 1 block from downtown and great view of the Breckendridge runs. House was clean and all the amenities worked. If traveling with a larger group, the hot water heater runs out of hot water pretty quickly, and there was no garbage pickup during our 9 day stay which resulted in some overflow. Would stay again!

House is very cute. Modern upgrades (kitchen/baths), but still an old house. Location is great. Hot tub was not hot the night of our arrival, but was warm by the next morning. Beds were comfortable with plenty of extra blankets, etc. well stocked kitchen.

Awesome. Clean. Large. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Can walk everywhere. Nice outdoor space. Has everything. Helpful property management staff. Was there in summer and just an amazing time.

This was a great location for Breckenridge easy walking distance to everything. We had trouble On our late check-in There is no combination code for the door of our house and it was dark outside so I had to call the management company to figure that out. Then we had a smoke alarm that was beeping that they could not make it stop without taking it out of the house. But the most important thing is, I left a very expensive clothing item there by accident and when I called to have them find it for me nobody seem to care very much and I talk to two different people. All I got was a phone call back that said that they did not find it. I know I left it there so I’m disappointed about that

This little cottage is so charming and in a really wonderful central location. Beautifully cared for inside and out. Lovely courtyard with hot tub! We will definitely stay again!

We loved this house! An amazing location with lots of room and well stocked. The rooms were very comfortable and plenty of space. The living area was gorgeous! Kitchen was well appointed and useful. The hot tub was amazing! Dining and shopping were steps away and the grocery was just 2 blocks away. I would love to come back! Highly recommend!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time vacationing in Breckenridge and our expectations were pleasantly exceeded at this beautiful, clean, cozy cottage. We were very grateful for the ideal location which provided extremely close and convenient access to the free bus and the short scenic stroll to Main St. Our family enjoyed cooking in the well-stocked kitchen, relaxing on the comfy beds and furniture, and soaking in the hot tub after a long day of skiing. We truly could not have been more pleased with our stay in Breck!
