Great stay in Breck!

Highly recommend this house for a trip to Breckinridge. The location cannot be beat, and the house was super comfortable and well-furnished. Our group had an excellent ski trip and cannot wait to come back again next year.

Absolutely beautiful and convenient

The property was just as described in the description on VRBO. The unit is so close to the slopes. We walked everywhere we went. There are several grocery stores close by to get groceries and other items needed. This particular unit fit our family perfectly giving each of us our own bedroom and bathroom with privacy. This unit was so gorgeous and the best place we’ve ever stayed on a ski trip. We will definitely be back.

Great townhouse!

The units very close to Main Street Breckenridge. The townhouse had everything we could’ve asked for when it came to dishes, plates silverware. The layout of the townhouse was very nice and the community was even nicer

Friends Trip to Breck

We have come with a large group to Breck the last few years and this was the best place we stayed. The place was well taken care of, there was ample space and beds for everybody and it’s in a great location to get to the mountain and town. Would love to come back!

Property lived up to good reviews and expectations. Very comfortable, plenty of space with three floors, everything worked, and check in / out and communication from management was top notch. Would definitely recommend to any families or larger groups, and would certainly stay here again myself. Kudos to Summit Mountain Rentals on providing a great experience - they've got it figured out!

Great location and central to all of Breck!

The condo is larger than the pictures give it credit for! It was easy enough to walk to hiking, downtown breck, food, and more. The only downside was that parking at the condo wasn’t able to fit our larger rental cars (suburban + pickup truck) and we had to pay for parking offsite. Otherwise, great place!

Last trip of the Summer

This was the perfect set up for our family of 7. We have two married children and then another child that had the bunk room to herself. It's a great location. Walking distance to Main Street or closer restaurants. Even close to some hiking trails. the rental company was easy to work with. We will definitely be back, maybe in the winter.

Breck family wedding trip

There was plenty of room in the townhouse for our group of 7 adults and one 3-year old. Our only issue was the sleeping arrangements. The info says that the unit sleeps 10 which includes a bunkroom sleeping 4. That may be fine for younger children sharing space but it doesn't work that well for adults. As we were all family, we managed. The location was perfect, close enough to walk to Main St. and a 10 minute drive to the wedding venue and other family accommodations. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Great location, plenty of space!

I stayed here with my wife, 2 small children, and 6 adult family members. We had a great time, it was a short walk or bus ride to downtown Breckenridge. The bus station is right outside the front door. The unit was clean and well kept. The hot tub worked and was clean. Would recommend it highly!
