"Stayed here twice now and have left with insect bites both times, a little look on Google and it appears that I'm not an isolated occurrence there have been numerous reports of people suffering from bed bug bites. Absolutely disgusting that they have not closed and fully fumigated and deep cleaned the hotel!!! Will never stay here again!!!"

"The room was very hot on arrival and one of the two was completely painted closed - and the fan provided merely pushed hot air around the room. And the flashing light on the sprinkler system was extremely bright and not conducive to sleeping. On the plus side breakfast was good."

"Bed and breakfast but without breakfast "

"Everything was amazing. Oliver was beyond helpful and kind!"

"Room clean and comfortable , friendly staff."

"Pristine"

"The bathroom was small and dirty with mould growing up the pipes behind the wc. The w.c. was filthy in the bowl. The stairs leading to the room - the Stour Room - were dusty with bitts all over The property looks lovely outside but i would not recommend it to anyone and i think you should visit this inn urgently. "

"Beautiful setting, very helpful staff, lovely hotel excellent restaurant."

"Our room was spotlessly clean and tidy. Breakfast was excellent too. Will definitely return, thanks for making our stay so enjoyable."
