Overall summary of our group

Overall in general was good,but some details were a litle lacking. The bed frame issue in master bedroom was not good but understood the situation.Kitchen sink smelled very strongly. Dust on some doors & counters could have been removed which we did. Master bath only had one wash cloth. These were the only issues. Don't want these to sound worse than it was,but I fell they should be addressed.We really enjoyed the home and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Excellent weekend retreat!

We had eight adults and four children in our party, and this home was exactly what we needed for our Branson weekend getaway. Just secluded enough down the scenic little side highway, but not more than a 10 min drive to SDC and downtown Branson fun. Would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

First thought when entering the house was dark and dingy. I don't believe they spent much time cleaning the house. It was nauseating cooking at the stove because the vent hood smelled of old, stale grease. The oven had not been cleaned out. The kitchen lacked basic items like small spoons and a colander. The living room on main floor lacked end tables to be able to sit your drink down. The bunk room consisted to 2 twin beds; no night stand, dresser, nothing. The main floor had a big deck with 2 rocking chair that were old and falling apart. The deck on the lower level has a 5 feet drop with no safety railing (not very safe for our 5, 4 and a 1 year old). It's a big house that provides big families room for individual privacy. This house needs some serious TLC.

Great time

We had our family of five with significant others! The house was clean and so nicely decorated and we all had our own bathrooms! We cooked in every night and had all the supplies we needed. The basement game room was a plus. Had a lovely time and hope to be back soon!

WOW!!! This place was amazing. The pictures do not show the amazing big rooms. The beds were so comfortable. Everything you need right there. The back deck was nice and quiet and inviting. Thank you very much for this wonderful home.

Wonderful stay!!

The location was great. Close to everything yet in a quiet neighborhood. The property was beautiful, clean and well maintained. Communications with the property owner were great. Will stay again if back in the area.

Beautiful home for our big family

We had 6 adults, 2 teens & 5 grandkids for a Branson Christmas trip. The house was just perfect for us. Was great to have a separate downstairs space for part of the family & the 3 bedrooms upstairs. Nice big kitchen we enjoyed cooking our meals in. Such a quiet & beautiful location. Loved going on the deck in the cold morning & looking out over the woods. Enjoyed how the house was decorated so woodsy & cute. So close to everything also! Owner was very easy to communicate with & answered all questions promptly. Great place to stay!

Great For Large Family All Ages

We are a family of 10 ranging from 2 to 78. This was a perfect accomodation for us. Very clean, had all amenities we needed and then some. Very spacious and host took the time to decorate for the Chrismas Season, including a beautiful tall Christmas tree that served as the backdrop for our Family Christmas Photo 2023. Both levels had working fireplaces which added to the ambiance, not to mention a layer of warmth after a long cold day at Silver Dollar City, which was very convenient to this location. The ice-maker in the upper kitchen was not functioning, but with a full kitchen on the lower level, there were two makers in the home, and with the ease of just buying some ice (which we were going to do anyway), this small detail did not impede out ability to prepare meals or have ice for all of our Stanley mugs. The host communicated with me throughout our trip, particularly with quck responses to questions. The teenagers fully enjoyed playing pool and foosball (new pool sticks are needed), but that didn't stop them from having a great time. Overall, I give this property a 5 for all the reasons I listed. The notations were minor and not enough to deduct merit from the poperty rating or the host.

Beautiful ozark home

We came down for a short weekend trip to table rock with family. The house was extremely clean and well stocked with any kitchen and bathroom supplies you would need. The host was super helpful throughout the whole booking process. We will definitely be booking this again next year.

Perfect Place for Large Family Gatherings!

Everything was just as described and better! The house was very clean. We had everything we needed. The host was very quick to respond when we had an issue with the lock. We had 5 small families with kids gathering here and we had plenty of room. We have absolutely no complaints!

Amazing stay

Beautiful home!! Looks just like the pictures. It had everything we needed, perfect for our family gathering of 12. The coffee pot broke and the host provided a new one that same day. Excellent service. Would totally recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property and almost perfect holiday weekend in this cabin styled home!

The house was spacious and perfect for a big family gathering during the holidays. We noticed a few things that could be improved but didn't have a big impact on our stay. The ice machine and fireplace weren't working and the jets in the master tub could use a deep cleaning. Even with these minor issues, the owner had great communication, directed how we could fix things, and apologized we couldn't use those things during the whole stay. I would definitely recommend others stay at this property because everything else in the house was beautiful and clean!

Great Property!

Our group came into town to go to Sulver Dollar City’s Christmas Lights and this was a perfect stay! It had plenty of room, well equipped kitchen, games for the kids, a fire pit and it was extremely clean! The location was a short drive to SDC and we just couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks for a great stay!
