"First of all the pre-trip communication with the owner was second to none. We have been booking through VRBO for years and have never had this level of communication. There were absolutely no surprises during the check in phase. Our Family was a group of 13. 4 adults and 9 kiddos from ages 5 to 18. This property had something for everyone in our group. "It was an anniversary / birthday celebration weekend! Checkin is so easy, received the directions thru the messenger, even a trained monkey could follow them! The house was everything described and the back porch area is a big bonus in my opinion. Communication was very good, never had to reach out on their personal cell because there weren’t any issues at all! Everything was clean, including the grill. The washer and dryer had soap and and dryer balls. Everything was perfect "
